I've been struggling to get setup with this company. The customer support is terrible, the reps do not understand you when you ask questions and all they know how to do is to "escalate" the issue (AKA, we don't really care) - the sales reps are in the united states but the support reps are offshore and when you ask to talk to a manager or a rep in the united states they refuse both. The reps cannot fix system issues, and honestly, this is one of the most terrible experiences I've had with a company. I signed up 15 days ago and I'm still not set. The reps did the doordash setup incorrectly and it wasn't until I pointed it out that they realized it. I had to call doordash to ask what the issue was and doordash told me what to ask in order to get it fixed. the fix is taking over 8 days now. I set prices for the different platforms and the next morning all the changes I had made were gone. When I called to ask someone what the issue was they told me they were going to "escalate" and the email I received said "you called about some type of issue with your pricing" - I mean, some type of issue? I provided specific details about what the issue was and the rep had no idea what I was saying. terrible company 1 out of 5.
