Jae from customer service was excellent in helping me resolve my problem and also following up to ensure I was still taken care of the following day. This man is a customer service hero.

Worst company ever. trying to leave and take control back of my Skip and Uber is brutal. 48 hours they say. It has been over 10 days. Soon they say. There integration failed weekly since February. Sales staff can sell ice in the North but service is garbage! Update from Otter, what is your case number and phone number? 20+ hours and nothing. Do not sign with this company. There is no service support! Otter never phoned. Finally had UBER remove Otter from my business August 20! It was an Absolute Nightmare!
