Otter's customer support department is run by useless people. I have phoned them at least 9 times over the past 30 days trying to resolve a billing issue. They are billing us monthly for a WiFi tablet which we never received. They have given me a ticket number and told me that the matter has been escalated and referred to a specialist. A month later and this "Specialist" has still not resolved the billing error. I have asked to speak with a supervisor or a manager. I did speak with a manager name Cindy. She assured me that she will personally look into my problem and call me back in 24 to 48 hours. Two days passed and no call back. Not even an email to let me know if there is any progress. I phoned the call center and asked to speak with Cindy again. How convenient for Cindy, she was in a meeting. All I get from their reps is the run around. I asked one of their rep if these "Specialists" really exist? She said yes. I told her that they're either very lazy, or very overwhelmed by the high number of customer complaints, that it takes over a month to resolve a billing problem. In my opinion Otter should change their name to Other, as in find some other company to handle your restaurant delivery platform!
