AVOIDE...AVOIDE....AVOIDE. we joined Therese System and its the worst tools us weeks to set up and it nevber worked properly kept given free items to customers we sent them many emails to fix the issue bit no supports what so ever then we decided to cancel it and its been over 2 weeks not we canot acceses our Deliveroo or Uber Eats and we cast Control the free items hey set up and bits total loss not for us we deep emailing them no reply and Therese Rep is ignoring us as we not signed the contracts and hey are takitng our money and offering us total loss in bussines in return stay as car as possible from this guys

Absolute rubbish people to deal with. The marketing tool does not work and once they get you on a subscription you cannot come off it. They keep charging me for it even though I have cancelled it many times.

Catastrophique. L'intégration avec Ubereats ne fonctionne pas du tout. Les commandes ne s'acceptent pas ou alors le restaurant est "Momentanément indisponible". Le service client ne parle pas français ne comprends rien et nous renvoie tout le temps vers Ubereats qui nous indique clairement que le problème vient de Otter. La moitié des employés avec qui j'ai fait la souscription ne travaillent plus là bas. Un conseil fuyez si vous ne voulez pas perdre du chiffre d'affaires et des clients.

dreadful, worst system on the market. use deliverect or storekit (to take orders) support is shocking. AVOID system is awful. don't recommend, wasted weeks and weeks sorting this out. Had to pay a setup fee, still not refunded, as it wasn't working! Hilarious company. Update: What a Response... no one called or emailed to follow up, shams of a company. AVOID
