AVOID AVOID AVOID Otter is a scam, once you sign up good luck getting your menu up and working Sadly, we fall for this scam and we can not get out of it. We’ve been waiting for the menu integration for 3 weeks and counting but still not updated and now they have stopped replying to our emails and refuse a refund. 3 weeks and the whole kitchen is down because they can not figure out the integration. KDS stopped working, printers etc Avoided the scammers

Don't trust this company!! I tried signing up but never went through since another company gave me a better offer and explained to me how otter works with third party delivery's. Not one order came through there system and I noticed charges were being made through my bank account from otter. Long story short It took 3 weeks until finally somone emailed me back about this issue. I was charged for 4 months $149. They said sorry can't do anything about it but will terminate your application. Remember I never sign up to anything, yea I was thinking about it and even spoke to some one from otter but my business was never in theory system. I DO NOT RECOMMEND OTTER, please go check out deliverect. They integrate all delivery apps in one POS system.

AVOID - AVOID - AVOID Otter is the worst decision I ever made in business and I sadly I can't fix it. don't be stupid and believe the sales rep. the solution is great but the implementation is at a different level, don't bother with the customer service, they do not exist and they know fuckall. we joined all our 9 sites around 2 years ago, we managed to cancel all 8 but now we are stuck on our cloud kitchen site. integration never worked and you have to wait for weeks and weeks to update your menu Updates; AVOID After 3 weeks since the integration fails while we’re trying to launch our new menu, we’re still waiting! We spent thousands on teaser campaign to crash everything because the integration with square has fails. 3 weeks and no update from Otter yet. Google searched a local restaurant (Takeria 4 Brothers) and placed an order for pick up. Got to the restaurant and the restaurant did not receive an order, doesn’t work with Otter, has never heard of otter. I immediately call otter and they say they will cancel the order and refund my money. Received email confirmation of this cancellation conversation. Fast forward few days and I reach back out, suddenly I am not able to get a refund, I must contact the merchant. Which I do again, and they still don’t know who Otter is, they don’t use the platform, and have no money to refund. I contact Otter again, they say to contact the merchant or Google since it was transacted through Google. I did that Google says I need to reach out to Otter or the restaurant. So I reach out one final time and I am told to take it up with my bank. Which I am in the process of doing. No one seems to know what happened or why or where this money went, but this is a SCAM. Terrible service. If I could give 0 stars I would!
