Rajvansh Thapar has been an outstanding account manager at Otter. He’s been incredibly helpful with making sure all of my restaurant clients are up and running, even staying up late to help fix issues when they came up. Otter might not be perfect, but it’s definitely improving and heading in a really good direction. I’m especially looking forward to their new POS system. Otter has helped to save us time, cutting down on mistakes, and honestly just making the day-to-day a lot smoother.
