I have been using fum for 16 months.It has kept me bad habit free that entire time.It helps so, so much with the hand/mouth habit.And the flavors of the cores are really good.Something for every taste.My personal favorite is the maple pepper.I plan to continue with fum.Im so thankful I found them.

I did quit vaping finally after years of struggle! FUM now is a part of another ritual - meditation. It smells good and puts me in a relaxed mood. Also, it's an attention magnet at parties - everyone is curious and wants to try! Just don't inhale it in a shopping mall - it's not an easy task to explain this thing to security :-D

My Füm has been the best thing I've found to help me stay off cigs & vaping. I love the 2-pronged approach of the all-natural essential oil flavors to breathe in instead of smoke or vape and the satisfying spinny, clicky, magnet snappy barrel for my nervous hands to play with. The Füm itaelf is solid & well-made & the company is always coming up with new customizations for the barrel so I can really make it feel like it's mine & new flavors to try to keep me from getting bored. I'm really grateful for the love Füm puts in its product & believe this will be the thing that finally really helps me stick with quitting because it lets me get that hand-to-mouth fix in a healthy way.

I honestly could have never quit vaping without fum! The flavors are cool and I committed to their 30 day habit tracker and then to 90 and before day 90 I wasn’t even relying on fum anymore. I have since passed my fum onto another friend as she desires to quit being addicted to vape as well! Thank you fum!
