Absolutely appalling. What a total waste of money. I wrote to the company for a refund and they just thanked me for the feedback! This is a complete rip off gimmick. Don't touch it. NB - They replied below to say they'd resolve it, but refused to do so because I opened the package. I now add total time wasting to my dissatisfaction.

The product really works, smoker/vaper 20 years. And have now not vaped for 2 weeks and only took 2 nicotine tablets over the first 2 days. I am now using it without cores, and will look to bin it after a month. As I hope to be fine by then, and reliant solely on will power. The shipping was late and clearly some issues, as amazon sent an email apologising for the delay, but it was from fum not them, fum sent no updates amazon delivery did daily. So this could be an issue. But it was delivered and with everything that was supposed to be, just a week or so later. It is expensive but relatively speaking it is now paying for itself. I was spending £12 a day on vapes, 11 days after relieving fum I've spent £0 so that's £132 I've not spent more than covering the cost of fume. I'd say the people talking about flavours, yes at first there helpful. But you really shouldn't need your air to be flavored for life, try some chewing gum or eat some fruit. They are not terrible by any measure. I had mint and liquorice. Obviously not as strong/sweet as a vape, but perfectly fine and as advertised. Over all it's worked for me so far and a 20 Yr nicotine habbit ended far easier than I thought.

The system sucks and does nothing to help with oral fixation. The flavors are also completely horrible. I had it less then two minutes before emailing the company about a refund. They are refusing a refund because its used. How are you supposed to test it without using it. This crap was over $150 just for a "kit". This company is a complete scam. Do not give them your money.

Absolute trash and a complete scam. And look, all those fake 1 review "profiles" all give a positive "review". Avoid this filth of all cost. Never tried anything as bad as this. These oils they put are most likely not even tested or healthier than cigarettes.. And the flavour is just awful.

The flavor is non existent. I got the starter kit for $100 and am so disappointed and there is literally nothing I can do about it. Just a waist of my money.

I tried to cancel my order right after accidentally hitting the submit and not back button and they tried to tell me it was already processing and when intold them I didn't want to order to please cancel and refund me I have not heard another word from them. I informed them that I will proceed to take other actions to get my money back and still no response.

This product is absolute garbage. The customer service is horrible. They are a scam. Don't buy this trash and save your money. They steal money and don't care about their customers. There are alarming health concerns coming from people using this stuff, please keep your lungs healthy and stay away from Fum. It's just another addiction. Absolute rip off. They pay people to give 5 stats reviews so it's all fake too. I have friends who got full refunds if they just made a post with 5 stars on it. What a scam!

I actually wrote a review for their site and have no idea if it was ever published. I ordered 2 journey packs in December to try out since they were on sale. We ended up missing a pack of cores, but I didn't contact them over it since I didn't open the package right away and it seemed insignificant at the time. We had 3 flavors to try, only 1 was any good. So when Jan came around, I wanted to change out 2 of the flavors, the website wouldn't let me. I paused the subscription, and submitted my review at this point. Today, I got my email reminder about Feb, so I decided to try again. Still can't change the flavors. Still haven't heard from them. Needless to say, I canceled my subscription.
