Gimmicky product. Flavour cores last 0.5 seconds, and taste like soap. Still annoys me to think about the money wasted on this product. Brother and I both purchased to quit vaping together. The product is noisy and does absolutely nothing.

I was so excited to get this product, but am sadly disappointed. I would not recommend this product to anyone. The flavor cores taste awful. There is also a weird after taste that stays with you. Maybe if the cores were better I would give it more stars, but I just paid $103 for a glorified straw with insulation that tastes nothing like the flavor name would suggest. I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing, because I would not have bought an item that is cannot return.

I ordered from their website. This will be a 100% honest review. I bought the "device" and 3, 3 packs. A journey pack is what they call it. I selected cinnamon hearts, spearmint and orange vanilla. It came with a crisp mint which tasted great and smell great. Upon opening the cinnamon and spearmint they both smelled off. Almost wet and musty. They also both tasted so bad it made me gag. The orange vanilla tastes fine and smells fine. I am a long time vaper and a former smoker. I was going to use this to quit for good. The "device" is decent quality. It terms of usefulness to quit is definitely a willpower question. It helps but you ultimately make the decision. The reason for the poor rating is the awful taste of product that was clearly improperly stored or made. Upon emailing FUM support a ticket was created and eventually landed in Erdmans hands. He gave a stupid canned customer service response of basically it is a preference in taste and suggested buying more flavors. For real? Your suggestion to me telling you something is wrong with the quality of your product is to tell me to buy more of your product? Snake oil sales man type beat. I do not recommend.

Bought this product thinking it would help me out instantly had headaches after using it stopped using it headaches went away, month later realized it charged me for a refill of cores tried to cancel as ordered was placed on the same day and they “were not able to cancel because it’s to late for them” complete and utter scam artists don’t waste your money on a metal straw

The worst thing that I have ever spent my $50 on. Does not replicate vaping at all. You are literally sucking air. Just air. Do not purchase this product. Went straight to the trash after 30 minutes of use.

The item is faulty, and I've been in contact with Rosana for about two weeks now. The mouthpiece falls onto the floor, and the core detaches from the metal piece during normal use and fidgeting. While I understand that some shifting is expected, it should not be falling apart completely. This is both unhygienic and unacceptable. The customer service has been terrible—they keep brushing me off without a proper resolution.

This company is a scam. I’ve ordered the product at the beginning of January. It arrived 1 month later. I tried to return it and it took me 3 weeks going back and forth with their awful service that just ignores you to delay it to the point where it might not be elegible for returns… this is after they tried to tell me that the item was open…! Couldn’t make it up Long story short, I finally returned it, however… surprise, surprise… NO REFUND - absolute con artists. This company needs to be reported

Absolutely garbage! DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP JUST INHALE FROM A BOTTLE OF ESSENTIAL OILS FOR 10 BUCKS! terrible customer service on top of it all refused to take it back because the box wasn't sealed even though I didn't use it.
