Trulieve has a pathetic website that is not tied in any way to the Tallahassee store inventory. Three orders in a row of ground flower fails. Got text acknowledging my order but NEVER a text to say order filled or one that says items are sold out. Today they told me that they only sell ground flower on Wednesdays! Then why is your website saying they are in stock? I'm taking my business to Surterra, Grow Healthy and Harvest. They have good websites and never any fulfillment issues. Trulieve is NOT ready for prime time!

Allison at the Fort Walton Beach location is amazing! Able to answer questions, multi-task by checking order labeling and still made me feel like serving me was the only reason she was there. Thank you Allison for a great experience.
