Ashley L at the st Pete dispensary on 22nd Ave is great. Real pleasant to talk to I feel comfortable dealing with her and request her every time.

Another great deal from Trulieve...bought 3.5 g minis for $20 ( good deal) and when I got home the jar was packed full with 7g of 24% 😁

I just wanted to say that I was very happy Trulieve opened a store in Bartow. It's close for me to shop instead of Winter Haven store. Also the Budtender named Enrique was super great dude to help with dispensing and the manager Kyle was very accommodating for me and my spouse. I love Trulieve and so does my spouse.

customer service like it should be. polite courteous and very help full. signed more than satisfied nicholas javas

Just wanted to let everyone know that Trulieve Fort Lauderdale is great!!!!!! Always a great experience. Special shout out to Kareem for keeping everyone engaged and happy while in the waiting room!!!!!!!!

A big shout out to Kathryn at the Orange City Trulieve store. Kathryn has helped me on several occasions and she always has an excellent attitude with a smile. Kathryn is very knowledgeable of supplies stocked in the store and will always ask if she can answer any questions that I may have. I have shopped at the other dispensaries and Trulieve is by far the better dispensary.

Went to the Bartow Trulieve, one of the staff members said I didn’t even look old energy to be in there maybe jokingly but still wasn’t even my bud tender. Then started saying how bad my haircut was. Great product, bad employee.

The products aren’t the issue, the employees are. It’s like a revolving door at these locations. The staff is so high half the time one of the employees forgot to ring up some of my order… Their credit card machine was broken and they told me it wasn’t their fault and I had to pay the extra charge at the ATM…. Unacceptable I will be taking my business elsewhere.
