First, I couldn't place an order online. Your online chat responded by saying I would have to go in person because they couldn't provide any help about anything. Then I went in person and asked to see the menu. Their stock did not reflect their menu at all.\ On to the next stop. Their menu didn't post percentages so there was an approximate 20 minute wait to find out what they actually had. The third place didn't have parking. I used to love Trulieve, but there service sucks. Their employees are good, but your online information sucks!

Always friendly, helpful and they take returns if it doesn’t work for you! No one else in town does that!! Gotta love Lamar 🙏

I love the service and the pleasantries from workers. But the riverview office needs help and better systems. I ordered in morning now it’s now 5 pm and it says still processing. So many ways to make it easier and faster

The Winter Park store has had A+ service from the day they opened. I go there three times a week. Been going to FL dispensaries since late 2017 and this one is by far the best. Everyone is kind, will greet you in a genuine way, are knowledgable and keep the customers flowing even when busy. They will work with you to the best of their abilities with discounts and substitutions. I know my businesses and the WINTER PARK LOCATION IS A TOP NOTCH ESTABLISHMENT. Honestly cannot say enough about them, they make the process easy when the state makes it hard. Most dispensaries are okay if they are not busy which most are not busy. TL's are busy a lot with sales and this place keeps it moving and are true professionals.

Ordered online. Received notification order was ready. Checked in online and put as only person on waitlist(less than 5 minute wait) When I arrived, I was told I would still have to wait behind all the walk ins. Waited 20 minutes, then cashier was very dismissive and would not speak to me. Manager explained I would have to wait twice as long if I walked in. But two walk in individuals were checking out the same time as me. I saw them enter while I was waiting. This waitlist thing is worthless as you always have to wait behind walk in orders. Why order online? Trulieve has the worst customer service I’ve experienced. This company doesn’t understand they are supposed to be supplying medicine. They are only interested in profit.
