Everyone is so very friendly and helpful. Karen made my delivery today and from calling to confirm to delivery she was absolutely awesome. I accidentally gave her 40 dollars too much and she brought it back and explained my error. I can't say enough wonderful things about Trulieve Staff

My check out representative (Melinda) at the St. Augustine store was very helpful in suggesting an alternate product when the one I ordered was not available. I was very pleased with my purchase as well as my Senior discount. The only reason not to give 5 stars was the amount of time it takes from when you check in until you get called in for your pick up. I had ordered on line and thought the timing was. bit slow.

to jacksonville beach clinic people - especially scott, who alerted me to a new vaporizer which I MUST have. Thanks for the heads up! These folks here do a great job! I hope someone in the food chain will give them all a nice raise. thank you robert

The pay is less than a livable wage. They took away sick time with NO COMPENSATION. They want a minimum of 30 days notice for any time off request. They have rescinded one 15 minute break and REQUIRE a one hour lunch. Not only do I make less than 13.50 an hour they only give you 4 - 6 hours a day.

Overcharged, jerked around on deliveries, stuff always out of stock & they have to call u, stores always packed, staff not the nicest & just a general pain in the posterior to deal with. Increases your need for the medicine having to deal with them. Now I have an almost $300 credit that they get to have the benefit of for 35 days. U pay interest everywhere else. I didn’t even intend to purchase again but they’re seeing to it that I have to by pulling this stunt. Plenty of other places to buy your meds…you will find they run smoother, more efficient, don’t charge nearly as much & are helpful & friendly.

Tried the jet fuel and I can honestly say ?what the hell is this garbage . Nothing but stems and dried garbage and zero effects . Thanks for burning my wallet and I certainly won't be supporting garbage truck blends

Great service ever time I go to the Apopka location I’ve had Liz a couple times. She’s great very informational!!! They just need to add more choices to choose from.

2nd time I had the pleasure of having Rheiana help me fill my order. Rheiana even helped me add to my order with a new strain I hadn't tried B4. Knowledgeable, Professional & Courteous. 1 of main reasons I am loyal to Trulieve is the amazing staff!
