I’m disabled and need delivery service. I placed an order at the Bonita Springs location Sunday evening, delivery was to be for Tuesday. I didn’t hear from anyone Tuesday. I called customer service Wednesday and Thursday, still nothing. Service hasn’t been good in past. I’m done with Trulieve. I’ll use my roughly $120 a month somewhere else. I’m sure that’s a small amount in comparison? I only used supplies to help with sleep at night, due to my disease.

I've had ups and downs with Trulieve, such as, problems with pick-up orders, zero communication about deliveries, and long wait times at the Fernandina location. But I'm giving them 4 stars because there are individual employees who go out of their way to be helpful and to make things right when necessary. Mariela & Meg were especially attentive and provided excellent customer service on my most recent visit. Ash & Frederick have been great, too. The employees there work hard and they're always friendly. I appreciate their efforts!

Don’t bother placing a pick up order, it will take more than 5 hrs to get your product ready. When you go to the store to pick it up, you will wait again. Big huge waste of time. Not curb side. It’s bs side.

Placed my order at around 9am, received a confirmation of my order, got a message saying I would receive an email when it was ready to pickup ( never received email). Went in to the store and checked in about 5 pm, finally got called back a few minutes after 6 pm to be told they were out of what I ordered but they could substitute something similar for 80 dollars more than my original order. This isn't the first time but it is the last. They have waisted enough of my time. This was the Crystal River store.

Their customer service is the worse on chat.

Thank you for being the most amazing staff in the entire Trulieve corporation. Sabi, thank you for hooking me up with your doctor. I was able to resolve eveything the same day and quickly. Not to mention all the discounts that I got because of Sabi. You Rock, but your staff also Rocks. I love just going in and saying Hello. In spite of all the Franchise/software issues, you guys conquer all !!! We get the best sales, the best of everything because the staff is well read and knowledgable. They have to be good to fit in the price point and keep eveybody happy. Thank you for being amazing and having an amazing staff Sabi. !!! Love you guys/gals big like the skies...xoxoxoxo
