Hi Janine, thank you for sharing your feedback. Trashie is first and foremost a textile recycling service designed to keep clothing, shoes, linens, and other textiles out of landfills. The rewards are intended to be an added benefit of participating, but we understand that customers sometimes come away with different expectations regarding the value they’ll receive. We take customer support very seriously and respond to every email we receive, so based on what you’ve described, it sounds like there may have been an issue with email delivery or communication somewhere along the way. That’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have. We’ve requested additional information through Trustpilot so we can locate your account and investigate what happened with both the Tech Box label emails and your support requests. We’re really glad to hear Trashie has been helpful for recycling those harder-to-donate textiles and keeping them out of the landfill. We also appreciate you calling out the UPS printing fee experience. Just to clarify, Trashie provides the prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost, but some UPS locations may choose to charge a small fee if they print the label for you in-store. To avoid that, we recommend selecting the QR code option (when available) or printing the label at home before drop-off.
