I had issue with my email addresse as I made a mistake when typing. As a result, I couldn't get access to my rewards. I must say the customer service has been really timely (they get back to you as promised in 48 hrs) and friendly! Rin helped me solve this issue and now I can go ahead to use these rewards. :)))

I had a question regarding compensation for my bags…the help response was very positive and quick! Great customer service!

First, I'd like to say that I'm very grateful for Trashie and their efforts to keep clothes out of the landfill because we desperately need that! I did have some concerns about some of the companies they partner with for the rewards program that aren't eco-friendly and don't align with my values (specifically Cabela's bc they sell guns), but after a very honest and thorough conversation with Syrah, I do understand what they are trying to do (broaden their customer base) and she assured me they would take my suggestions into account. I also really appreciated Syrah's efforts to respond to me not only thoroughly, but PERSONALLY, without using any pre-written prompts. She responded to every concern I had and really made me feel heard, which is very rare in customer service. I do think overall the solution is not just recycling, but to reduce our overall consumption, and I did share this with them too, but this is most certainly better than nothing, and a step in the right direction. I was very confused in navigating the buying portion of Trashie. My daughter told me about Trashie and I think it is a great green concept. The getting and returning bags went well. I was glad my credit did not expire after 6 months. After they changed up stuff on their site. I wish the good luck. BUT: Trashie $ < US $. The reset password email came a day later. I hate downloading multiple apps and navigation several online deals for partial credit. The HELP emails with Syrah did come through after several days and emails. First they could not find my account, final did. I was done and they transferred my Trashie $ to my daughter who had persistence to figure out the buying portion. Thank you Syrah!!

Have had no issues thus far, I love the ideology of the program and Customer service through email was not only thorough but timely responsive and able to assist with what I needed.

Syrah solved my issue of merging my two email addresses so I could see my rewards via my Google email address. It only took several back and forth emails with them to solve the problem. So far so good.

My order got lost but Syrah was able to quickly fix the issue
