QR code just led to the site getting frozen and the little circle going round and round. I tried everything- log in to my account etc. You have no humans to talk to - just useless chat bots. Too irritating - will just throw bag in the garbage.

Had used program in past, no issues, just trying to responsibly recycle, didn't use or care about their "rewards". Now, its just a SCAM: $25 for giant bag with QR code you scan to be able to register bag & print return label but NOTHING works. Can't print label from my phone, their account link didn't work and cannot log innto account or reset passwore. No help with their FAQ section either.

When i ordered my bag on July 9th and it arrived on the 22nd. Even tho i really didnt now when it will arrived, I got really worried that my bag was lost or forgotten about. However, the customer service was excellent. They had respond quicklyand huge shout-out and dedication to Kenneth from support! He was incredibly understanding, and professional when I reached out. He completely cleared up my worries.

I had spent $200+ on Take Back Bags, and had "$300" in trashCash that i was supposedly able to redeem for that amount in USD. One day, WITHOUT WARNING, they say their new system has taken my $300 and it's not work $17. This new Trashie is a scam

Hi Samara, thank you for your feedback. Trashie is a recycling and donation service designed to keep clothing, shoes, linens, and other textiles out of landfills. Unlike resale or consignment, items aren't assessed or paid out based on their resale value. TrashieCash is an added reward for participating and isn't intended to reimburse the cost of the service dollar-for-dollar. We understand that expectations around rewards can vary, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue working to make the program as clear as possible.

I had an excellent experience with Trashie’s customer service. Ms. Syrah who helped me was incredibly quick, kind, and attentive. She answered every question clearly and enthusiastically. She treated even my tiniest questions with genuine respect and never made me feel like they were insignificant. Her fast, thoughtful responses genuinely increased my confidence in using the company, especially as an unlimited member. It’s rare to find customer support this efficient and reassuring. Truly outstanding service, and I’m glad I found a company that truly does its part for the planet.

I am very pleased with my experience overall! I became a member about 10 months ago. I agree that this is a great upcycle program and just a part of my decluttering and organizing. I have had positive experiences with customer service. However I do think their website and app could use a great deal of improvement - it is not intuitive and user friendly.
