Hi Laura, thank you so much for sharing your thoughts—we really appreciate it! Transparency is super important to us. Items sent through our program are carefully sorted for reuse, recycling, or upcycling to make sure as little as possible ends up in landfills, whether here or abroad. We built our company on this core belief, and we’ve got tons of resources on our website and social media that dive into our recycling process. Plus, we’re working on even more transparency tools to share soon! We’re also putting a lot of effort into making our rewards program as valuable as possible. From 1:1 TrashieCash exchanges to premium rewards, there’s a mix of awesome options. If you’d like help finding rewards that work for you, we’d totally love to assist. Thanks for being part of our mission—it really means so much to us!
