This totally made our day—thank you! We loved your dog’s creative recycling moment and couldn’t resist sending a little something to keep your cleanup mission going strong. We’re so grateful for the work you do with the Cornwall Cleanup Crew—what an awesome impact you’re making! Keep rocking on, and we’ll be right here cheering you on!

Hi Angela, thanks for your feedback and for being part of the impact! We saw your note and a member of our customer service team did reach out to help. Your subscription order has already been canceled and fully refunded! We’re always here and ready to help, and while the TrashieCash reward is just one part of the program, the bigger impact is knowing every single item you send in is sorted, tracked, and truly recycled—not wishcycled or dumped. That’s the difference we stand by!

Hi Samarah, we really appreciate you contributing to less going to landfill — you helped us divert over 4.5 million pounds last year alone! We hope you’ll stick with us as we continue to grow and improve. While we’re working on enhancing the rewards experience, we remain the most responsible option out there for keeping materials out of landfills. Every item you send is carefully sorted, tracked, and either reused or recycled — never wishcycled or dumped. This commitment is core to our mission and ethos, and you can rely on us to uphold it. You’re always welcome to donate to local charity organizations, but it’s important to know there’s no guarantee those items won’t end up in landfill — their purpose isn’t recycling. Ours is. That’s why we take full responsibility for everything we receive. We’re grateful for your past support, and if you decide to give us another shot, we’ll soon be rolling out an expanded range of members-only perks we think you’ll love. Thanks again for being part of making a real difference.

We really appreciate you sharing this. You’re totally right—recycling should be easy and honest, and we hear you on the frustration around the rewards. We’re still a growing company, and feedback like yours helps us keep improving. While we do offer some exclusive rewards, we know it’s not perfect and we’re actively working to bring more value and transparency to the program. Thanks again for calling this out—it truly helps.
