Love these products, especially for mosquitos. Had a delivery problem and never received my order, but customer service handled it and got a new shipment on the way!

This product did not work. Despite following all the directions to the T, there was not a single mosquito in the trap after 3 weeks time...and we have plenty of mosquitoes in Savannah, GA. The company did try to rectify the problem (going over the instructions several times), but as mentioned before, every direction was carefully followed. The company was great in refunding my money, but I did have to repackage the product to be sent back and pay for the return shipping. A return label would have been appreciated.

These dont work at all. Dont waste your money. Mine have been out for 2 week and have caught nothing. Not to mention. I order a 6 month supply and didnt even receive enough for 6 month. Stay away from this product.

Great product. Seems to really attract mosquitos away from entertaining space. Now if it could just get rid of black flies!

I wanted this to catch mosquitos and decrease the mosquito population. Instead the container is filling up with flies. I have tried it for 2 months amd even bought replenishment thinking I did not have enough. But it keeps attacking flies and overfilling the containers. I would like a refund. Do not buy this product
