At first I gave a bad review as I couldn’t figure out how to hang the rain cover on to the jar. There are two tiny holes on each side of the lid the hangars hook into. I have no mosquitoes. Best product I have ever bought. Mosquitoes were so thick it was foggy. Now they are gone. It’s like magic. Nothing else has ever worked this well.

I placed an order on November 26, 2022, and received an email confirmation of that order. I then received tracking information on November 30, 2022. I checked the tracking for over a week noting that the package was never received by the USPS. I then contacted Tougher Than Tom via email (3 times), through the contact portal on their website (once), phone call, and Facebook messenger without any response over the course of the next 2 weeks. I then commented on a Facebook thread asking for someone to please contact me regarding my order and was then blocked from commenting on their posts. I have not received any updates and am seeking a refund for items I never received but as of today, 12/16/2022, I have yet to receive any follow up from the company. *update: As of 12/17/2022 my order was received.
