Hi Kayla, We’re sorry TNT didn’t give you the results you were hoping for. We understand how frustrating it is to try a product, follow the process, and still not see the improvement you expected. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is based on the date the order is received, and we understand that can be disappointing when you reach out after that window has passed. We also take feedback about our reviews seriously and want our customers to feel confident that the experiences shared are genuine. We’d be happy to take a closer look at your experience and see if there’s anything we can do to help. Our team will be reaching out directly. Best regards, Tougher Than Tom Customer Care Team

Thank you so much, Donald! Three summers of being the house where everyone wants to hang out is a pretty solid endorsement. And we have to admit, “they freaking work” might be one of our favorite product reviews. We’re especially glad the mouse repellent has kept both your house and RV mouse-free and saved your wife from having to deal with mouse traps. We really appreciate your continued support and the kind words! Best regards, Tougher Than Tom Customer Care Team

Thank you, Luciano! We really appreciate you giving TNT a fair shot and sharing your experience. Sometimes the goal is simply getting the mosquitoes from “absolutely unbearable” to “okay, you can stay outside now,” and we’re glad TNT has made that difference for you. Thanks again for the recommendation and for taking the time to share your experience! Best regards, Tougher Than Tom Customer Care Team
