Hi Benjamin, we’re sorry to hear Mosquito TNT didn’t give you the results you were expecting. While the traps are designed for mosquitoes, other insects may occasionally enter depending on placement, nearby activity, and the surrounding environment. That said, we understand how frustrating it is to see that without noticing an improvement in mosquito activity. Please reply to the Trustpilot information request so we can locate your order, review your case, and help with the next steps. **UPDATE** We were able to locate your order, and your refund has been processed. You should receive a refund confirmation by email, and the funds should appear back on your original payment method within the usual processing timeframe, depending on your bank or card issuer. We appreciate you giving the product a try, and we’re sorry it was not the right fit for your yard. Best regards, Tougher Than Tom Customer Care Team
