Hi Kaye, We’re truly sorry to hear Mosquito TNT did not work as expected for you. We understand how disappointing it is to give the traps time to work and still continue dealing with mosquitoes in your yard. While the traps are designed for mosquitoes, other insects may occasionally enter depending on placement and the surrounding environment. That said, we’d really like the opportunity to review your setup and order details so we can better understand what happened and help with the next steps. Regarding shipping, your order was placed with our standard shipping option, which has an estimated delivery timeframe of 5 to 7 business days, and your package was delivered on June 28. We also offer expedited shipping for $9.95 for future orders when a faster delivery option is needed. We’ll reach out directly so our team can look into this further and assist you. Best regards, Tougher Than Tom Customer Care Team

Hi Cliff, Thank you for giving the traps another try, and we’re glad our team was able to assist you! Since you rehung them two days ago, please allow a little more time for the bait to activate. In the meantime, could you send us a few photos showing where the traps are currently placed? We’d be happy to review the setup and make sure they are positioned for the best possible results. We look forward to hearing how they perform! Best regards, Tougher Than Tom Customer Care Team
