I have not seen a mouse since placing the packs in my chicken coop and feed bin area. Seriously have not seen a single mouse any time of day or night. Where did they go? AITA for sending mice to the neighbor's house - LOL I am waiting for a second shipment to arrive so I can have more to put inside my house. And am ordering more for my parents' house, they were interested after I shared my experience. So much better than picking up, emptying and resetting a mouse trap.

Hi Carolynn, Wow, this made our day. We love hearing that your chicken coop and feed area are completely mouse-free. Sounds like the packs did their job so well that the little guys packed their bags and moved out for good. Thank you for sharing your experience and telling your parents about us. We truly appreciate your trust in our small, family-inspired brand, and we are glad to know you will be stocking up again soon. If you ever need more tips or refills, we are always here at [email protected]. Best, Customer Service Team Tougher Than Tom

They discouraged the wee rodents but didn’t stop them. You probably need to replace them more often than I - a frugal Caledonian, maybe once a week?
Response from Tougher Than TomOct 10, 2025
Hey Hector, we really appreciate your feedback. You’re right that results can vary depending on how strong the scent remains in your space. Replacing or refreshing the pouches weekly can definitely help keep those clever little rodents away. Thank you for sharing your experience and for giving our product a try. We'll reach out to you from our [email protected] to help you out. Customer Service Team Tougher Than Tom

You should be honest. or the people who delivers for you should know the addresses of the people who pay money for your products and that they would like to receive what they paid for. Said delivered but was not!
