I spent Over an hour on the phone with someone to setup my new account. The woman kelp asking for the same info more than 5 times. She was hateful and said she would call me when she had set it up. After 4 hrs I activated my service with the online service in less than 20 minutes. P.S. she didn't call me back.

If I could give a -100 I would. This is the worst service I have ever received in my life. All of the customer service staff are completely incompetent. I went to totalwireless.com to pay my bill. I was one dollar short even though I only paid what it said I owed they turned off my service and I have not had a phone for two weeks. They disconnected my phone number and have not been able to retrieve it back. They are absolutely horrible miserable people. I would advise anybody thinking about total wireless to think of something else. Go anywhere anywhere else run as fast as you can sincerely pissed off person.

Ever since Verizon bought them they have been a complete nightmare to use and deal with. Ordered a Unlocked Google Pixel 10 Pro and they had some issues activating it and could not do it. So I returned it and bought a unlocked Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and the same thing having issues activating it and keep getting told "You will hear within 72 hours" just a repeat over and over still don't have my Galaxy activated thinking about switching phone carriers cause this is horrible!

Poor Wireless phone Company. Never try them. You may call all day long without reaching any agent. And their system charged me twice, until now I never reached out to any customer servise to get my money back.

Are you planning on signing up for total wireless ? Please don’t because they don’t honor what is on the webpage. If you sign up to get back your number is a huge problem.

1-Star Review for Total Wireless I am extremely disappointed with Total Wireless customer service. I contacted support regarding a payment plan issue and spent more than an hour on the phone without receiving a resolution. Despite waiting over an hour, my issue remained unresolved, and I was not provided with a clear explanation or solution. To make matters worse, my $65 monthly plan was changed without my authorization, causing additional confusion and frustration. I contacted customer service to get this corrected, but after spending over an hour on the call, the problem still was not fixed. Customers should not have to spend this much time trying to resolve billing and account issues. The lack of effective support, poor communication, and inability to resolve a straightforward problem is unacceptable. I expected much better service. Total Wireless needs to improve its customer support, billing practices, and respect for customers' time. Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Call Duration: Over 1 hour, and the issue remains unresolved.
