Total Wireless is a total joke. Called Cust Serv and spent 31mins on the phone. After 31mins the rep asked for an alt phone# to call me back at so as to fix my phone and never called me back. Called Customer Service back and spent another 18mins just to have another CS rep tell me there were no Suprv's available to take my complaint or to help me. I'm switching phone carriers when I get home tonight. Total Wireless is the WORST carrier I have ever had.

Home internet unusable. It just makes everything on your devices loading, loading, loading. No stable connection even with full bars of signal. Call quality and coverage is very poor. Of course when you take it to the store they mess with your settings, don’t rectify the problem, and send you on your way. Going back to Metro or T-Mobile first chance we get

Worst service rather it the cell towers, the app that doesn't work right and crashes, and the fact that I paid cash for this phone from the store and I cant switch carriers. I paid for the phone. What a joke. The company should do better.

I have been with total for over 9 years. I'm that 9 years I have barley been able to understand the LIES that come out of the support reps mouth, I've had my number changed and had to fight for HOURS to get it back, and most recently I've tried paying my bill 3 times tonight (all times said successful) I see the money in my wallet and yet my phone is still off. I'm BEYOND PISSED OFF. So help me this better only come out of my account once and honestly after all this time I think you should give me a free month. There is NO reason my phone should be off right now. I'm seriously over total wireless and their crash service.

This is the WORST wireless company I've ever worked with. If you want 5 minute activities to take you hours, than this service is perfect for you. The website is like being on AOL, because the pages hardly load, so you HAVE to use customer service to do ANYTHING, including purchases. The will drop you and transfer you after waiting and verifying your account with someone else as well. It has been a nightmare using Total Wireless. I'm SO HAPPY to be done with them'
