Horrible company !! Went with them 2 years ago but now my phone keeps searching for service. Couldnt call out or recieve calls. Called them to see if they could help me, had to answer a bunch of questions but then it got to give them the last 4 digits of 3 outgoing phone numbers in the last 60 days but not the last 72 hours. Well I dont call that much and I always erase my calls list so had to guess. Had to give one more number but only 3 chances. On the last try I was wrong so she then told me to call back another day. I said "what"? I need help now. Gave her my debit # and she said sorry, my computer is rejecting it. I then told her that her computer took it the prior month when they took the payment out!! I am going back to the real Verizon. Have to pay double but at this point I will, to have good service !! Just hope I can keep my phone number !!

Awful since they became Total by Verizon. Very poor coverage. I've had total wireless for many years but I'll find something else now.

I ordered a new upgrade phone from Total by Verizon's website. They charged my card and never sent the phone and refused to refund me. Had to put it as fraud on my card and dispute the charge. So I decided to call the order in. Again charged my card (used a different one) and this time atleast I got an order number. Was supposed to be getting the phone in 2 days. That was 2 days ago. Had to put in a "request to the warehouse" and need to call back tomorrow. What in the heck is Total wireless doing? They had just so-so service before and now it is absolutely horrible! The service itself is good but the customer service is unreal and absolutely horrific! I brought 3 people over to their service and they NEVER gave me the points either. They had my account all jacked up. The "Corporate Managers" are as bad at helping you as the rest of the customer DISSERVICE Department. If customer service is what you are looking for then I would try to steal uou away from Total by Verizon. But again the service itself has been pretty solid.

Worst company ever crappy service and bad customer service don’t speak English you tell them people can’t hear you they ask you if your battery is charged and your volume is up they sell defective products and don’t honor warranty

I attempted to port over my number, they told me it would take 24 hours. Never happened, when I called they had no record of my email address, phone number or SIM card but they sure did charge my credit card for a month of service! Also, this is when they were switching over to Total by Verizon so the prices I signed up for were doubling. They got rid of their great family plans and the prices now are the same as getting service directly with Verizon. DON'T SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!

I have been with Total wireless for over 10 years. Updated my phone and had already been paying monthly auto refill. They charged me for the new phone plus one months service. Then 6 days my auto renewal charged my card so 60.00 times 2. Called customer service to ask for a credit - they were no help. I will now look for a different carrier especially since they merged with Verizon. FYI - even their website doesn't work under Verizon Total. Should be called Verizon Totally poor service.

It's just one thing after another with total wireless. They get worse and worse. Their customer service is basically useless if you need more than basic help. Don't even try to chat help because it is straight useless. The most recent thing, I bought a plan and not even 24 hours later they shut my service off. Luckily the only number it let me call was customer service so I was able to call and have them turn back on. How did it even get off?? They said oh our bad. We will turn that right back on. It's cheap and still not worth it. Do not recommend.
