I have had NOTHING BUT ISSUES since switching. I noticed they offered a lot of data which is what I am looking for. But getting the service to work is like jumping through hoops. I went through all the steps to activate and spoke to several people before eventually 3 hours later getting my phone to work. The next month I added a service pin and didn't go through and my phone was shut off. The representative did help and I am grateful for that. Then this month in April I bought 2 $10 data add ons. Neither of them worked for me and my internet was off. I don't know how many different people I spoke with to try to get this fixed but most were not helpful and finally after all day a manager got it working. I'd have been mad if I wasted $20. Now it's not letting me refill my service.. again. Nothing but issues since day 1. Don't do it

Worse company ever, these people lied, stole our $20 and said they would transfer our phone number to new carrier and did not. New the phone number was not connected and they made up so much crap to keep from getting our phone number back and we have a business and we losing lots of money and they dont even care. What do you do qhen phone companies rip you off. 😔 crazy and madness beware when you change phone companies.

Now that Verizon has bought total wireless I noticed they are bumping up the price . Greedy if you ask me. Please do you self a favor and find a different carrier. My internet has not worked since I started with them and tried to call to fix it but they could do nothing but waist my time . Verizon is the worst phone company on the planet so don't be scammed by these scammers

Wheres the ZERO STARS your company has failed as a responsible company. I have been a customer for almost 3 years now. Now I regret it. I wonder is Verizon even cares of this atmosphere they have gotten into. As a business owner i had purchased the phone as an adddition to my other services and due to network challenges at times. The customer service has been ill if not unwarrentedly farce. ive spent 3 months of my time resolving network issues since day 1. all along i gave it a try anyways. i will be possibly going to tmobiles knock off now as I dont see any credibility in Verizon. I ditched them a year ago when i went into the local phone store for help with my verizon account only to be told. Werre not paid to help you got your phones elsewhere. this was around the time our contract was up and they messed up we walked down the street and signed on with tmobile. Verizon if you want my business back, get back to the basics of Guest relations scrap the foriegn phone centers and bring the jobs back home to people that care about thier work place. Get rid of the unions and promote on knowledge veres tenure. Get back to being the American Icon you started out as when you took over GTE my phone number is 941.706.8126 you can contact me to resolve this but The windows dropping as the time is running short. I plan to resolve this one way otr the other. rest assured i will have service by Friday 4/21/2023 with or without Total Wireless. and to let you know i use tmobiles internet for my company also i own a social media website. I will be doing a article for my 27mil users. Im like Mr Oleary this Total Wireless is for friends to contact me. I have 3 lines by the way for myself

I purchased a cellphone and refill card at a Walmart and I activated it correctly my internet did not work I called twice And the Higher department talk with me very rude and laughing at my situation very unprofessional Said She would call me in 30 mins and she rushed me off the phone never received the phone call, And I called 5 Hours Later And spoke to A customer Service Lower department and he hung on me after yelling at me telling me to Go To the Store Called My Phone And Hung up to fast. My feelings Are Very Hurt. I hope this company Lose Every dime That All them lose there Jobs. And they End Up Poor and God Handle them

Total wireless is bad!! I pay with the app and it said payment didn't go through try again later well I did. It went through put it in reserve. Looking at bank statement and 2 charges show up 10 calls and most ended with them hanging up on me so they said the would refund me the one but when I checked they removed the one in reserve still no refund and had to buy a new plan and add it then loosing 2 days of service just so my phone would not get turned off. I am out $133 dollars and now they can't find the first 2 payments in the system so I now have to go to the bank and file paperwork to dispute the first 2 charges. What a bad company this is stay away I am changing carriers next month.

I spent 3 hours on the phone talking to total wireless people in the Philippines, half I could not understand, the other half is totally incompetent. I asked a very simple thing, put my wife's number on my account so I would get the two line discount. My wife's phone stopped working. After 3 hours dealing with these totally incompetent people, we got the phone working again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I’ve seen stupidity and incompetence in my life but never as much as the past 24h when I first encountered myself talking to Verizon advisors. Not only there are as useless as stupid but they also seem to enjoy scamming people and making them lose time. They scammed me for 30$ today and after 2 and a half hours spent trying to fix it, they kept talking to me like a 2 year old. Worst brand customer service ever
