I spent the past 3 days trying to activate a total wireless phone. Phone agent was not helpful. Just requested me to activate phone online. Also of no help, the online chat agent, who asked me to speak with an agent. Does anyone in the company want to make money? I'm on with an agent again to Hector (useless). I miss live agents who value their customers. My company is changing cell service providers this month.

OMG! STAY AWAY! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND I'VE EXPERIENCED SOME PRETTY BAD ONES. I was enrolled and have been on auto pay for 4 years. I got a new bank card as they give you one every so many years, and they could not update it in their system. So left with no phone, no resolution, and the phone is probably locked-I don't know, haven't tried that yet. Talking about wanting to pull your hair out it was the most frustrating experience I've ever had. I spent hours on the phone with different representatives who all sound the same and tell you the same exact thing. They keep saying the same thing over and over again, and when you ask for a supervisor they won't give you one and they simply could not and would not resolve the problem. So now I have to go buy a new phone and find a new service, at a time when I have an extreme amount of stressful things going on. They were fine until they became "Total by Verizon" instead of Total Wireless. They won't be in business long.

If you love to have your time wasted by awful useless customer service agents who have no idea what they're doing don't listen to you and waste your time repeatedly then you should sign up for Verizon total. So far, I'll be going on day two trying to get my phone activated because the customer service agents are so incredibly stupid that they can't even figure out how to process or investigate a ticket number which was assigned by verizon. They just make stuff up and hang up the phone. Do not I repeat do not ever deal with this company. Go get yourself a Walmart phone. also when I opened my browser on Wi-Fi I found about 10 tabs of just ads trying to sell me stuff. Spamming me to death and I haven't even activated my line yet

Agent Romabel 511349 was the worst customer service agent . I was calling about a simple caller id issue/ change and she was double talking all around the issue , I could only assume because she had no idea what she was doing. I finally had to try to guide her to pull up the trouble shooting guide because I have over 20 years of customer service with about 3 of those being with verizon wireless customer service. After realizing she was going to be of no help I asked her to transfer me to a supervisor or a tier 2 with someone who may be more knowledgeable and she refused 3 times. After i explained to her what customer service is and that her goal as an agent should be total resolve of a customer issue and after all troubleshooting has been exhausted on her end to get someone on the line that can help, and not just hang up the call and say someone will call you back, she finally transferred me to someone named sullivan who I think resolved issue.

Stay away. My phone quit connecting to my 2021 Camry and customer service blamed the car ... despite the fact that my friend's phone had no trouble connecting. Phone has been cancelled twice for "non-payment" and left me stranded, despite the fact that I am on automated billing and the charges went through on my credit card statement. The "automated" telephone customer service is essentially non-existent and once you get a live operators, they barely speak English. Today, they admitted that my payment was "accidentally" credited to the wrong account ... so my service is back on ... but my next stop is Walmart to see about switching providers.

I used to be a big fan. Been with Total wireless for 4-5 years now. I had an iPhone XR that I was using but switched to the 12 pro after my phone started giving me issues, or so I thought it was the phone. First thing, I asked them to unlock my XR phone since they sim locked it, for whatever reason, even though I BYOD and the tech person tried telling me to just get a plan for it when I explained that I’m selling the phone and they’re using a different carrier. I don’t have time for this, I purchased the phone 3rd party, I should have it unlocked without question and the person trying to convince me to purchase a spotty plan. After that, I won’t recommend them to anyone, anymore. Second thing, Getting on the phone is a hassle because the people they have answering have the strongest accents and it’s soooooo damn hard to understand what the hell they’re even saying. I’ve hung up several times after screaming my lungs out and I’m not that person, it’s not how I like to operate but dealing with anyone is a nightmare. Legitimately. My service has been absolute garbage for the better part of the 2022 and now 2023. Stay away. I’ll be switching over to someone different. Someone that gets service where 99% of everyone else gets service. Used to be so happy with Total Wireless. You’d hope and think that since it switched to TOTAL things would be better. Not the case. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Signed, one pissed off and unsatisfied customer.

The service team has been taught how to deflect and redirect phone call regarding bad service. Each time you call, they waste your time turning off your phone and rebooting and calling back. Verizon, I just did that procedure multiple time after being reassured that "THEY" were going to do something different. Pure LIES. Verizon you are dishonest to the core! They are having serious problems and are not admitting their issues nor doing anything to fix them.

Very misleading I purchased a Verizon prepaid phone card and was informed that I wasted $50 because I didn’t get a total Verizon card complete BS if you want my opinion I think they really need to change their names so they’re not misleading other customers everything is already expensive enough now I can’t even afford to get the phone turned on for my son for the next month. Thanks for nothing.
