I had an issue with my account I called on 08-15-26 I talked to two other people before her that were no help. at 7:48 pm. I started talking to Charity, she went over and beyond to help me fix the issue. She even got the other number I had to use and called me back at 8:35. We stayed on the phone for over an hour but she was able to help me resolve my issue. I am so happy with the service she provided I had to leave a review here in hopes that someone might see it and know that she is awesome!!. Thank you!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They prey on the elderly. I got a free phone through a government program. It stopped working in a month. They wouldn't replace it. So I bought a phone that I couldn't afford. It worked for 2 days. They can't replace it until I send this one back. I don't have money or transportation to send it back. I wish I could rate them a zero. Please don't give them your business.

I am so upset with this company! Honestly by far the worst! I was charged numerous times and only one line was activated!! Called customer service representative and she kept saying “yeah I know” “yeah I got you” idk if it was her fist day or if she just didn’t know what she was doing but she didn’t have me at all!!!! Now I have to Wait til tomorrow to solve my issue!!!!!! I can’t wait to switch to another phone company!

I Chose 1 star because there was no 0 star. I was with total wireless forever. Not anymore. The wasted my time on two different occasions over sim card issues. They also lied both times. Choose some other carrier. These were not the only incidents. Just the ones that made me dump them.

Total Wireless company employees are liars and bullshit artists, I have spent many many hours, probably days of my time trying to fix their mistakes and use the basic functions of my very expensive and upgraded cell phone. They have disconnected my service multiple times and turned off my data many many times. I would rate them way below 0 out of 10 stars. Don't even give them a look unless you like to have a company make you mad as hell with their incompetence and shifty service, if you get any service at all. Their techs don't give a damn about you or your phone service, they tell you lies, hang up on you and don't call you back when they say they will.

I signed up for Total Wireless just 3 days ago, and now there is a promotion that is $10 cheaper per month than what I just signed up for. I contacted customer service and the first agent told me they would honor the new promotional price and adjust my account, but the discount was never applied. I reached out again and spoke with another agent, only to be told that they would not honor the promotion. It’s extremely frustrating to be told one thing by one representative and then something completely different by another, especially when I’ve only been a customer for three days. I understand promotions have terms, but if a customer service agent tells you they will honor the price, I expect that commitment to be followed. Total Wireless needs to do a better job of communicating between representatives and taking care of new customers.

I've had total wireless for years. They were great till Verizon, got ahold of them. Customer service is horrible, won't and can't say anything good about them. Hell, they don't have a customer service because they never come to the phone. After the automated tells you, let me get a customer service representative. You never get one I did have an issue with total wireless. They finally fixed it, but it took a month. Whole month to correct it

Exactly a week ago, we got scammed at total wireless.No receipt.They not only overcharged, but tried to cover up a $190 transaction by putting 0.00 . Luckily SOFI has the proof on their website. Also tried to set up bogus bank account in my name, while they "set up" the phone. Hopefully no one else goes through this. By the way, the store is in Moline Il.
