Paid to have screen repaired only to last for a few hours. Returned back to the store on nine mile rd. Charged me again for the repair. This was an iPhone repair. I think that was unfair. Never will I visit that store again 3000 block of nine mile rd Richmond Va. 23223

The customer service rep was very professional and gave me the information I needed. I am pleased with my experience. If you understand a language barrier it can be overcome. The customer service reps for Total Wireless are patient and go to great lengths to answer questions and respond with utmost respect. I've had this service for a number of years and have never had any thing but true customer service. Their customer service reps take time to answer questions and they are always respectful. I have always been treated with respect by their customer representatives. They get an A+ for customer service!

If I could leave less than one star, I absolutely, unequivocally would do exactly that. Total wireless is, by far and away, the worst experience I have ever had in regard to service providers. I funded my "wallet" with the appropriate amount to cover the monthly fee, but the money was never applied to my account. I have been forced to buy a physical 15 digit card from Walmart for the last 3 months in a row. I have contacted Total Wireless Customer Service no fewer than a dozen times with zero progress, let alone a resolution of the issue. I have asked for a supervisor at least 10 times, but wouldn't you know it, there's never a supervisor available. I have demanded a refund, provided the bank information along with TW's own internal transaction ID showing the funds being available. I don't know what else to do at this point beyond filing an FCC complaint and reporting the charges as fraudulent. Do not risk losing your money! NEVER use this company!! Warn ANYONE/EVERYONE you know

This has to be the worst phone company I've ever had in my life. From the beginning I got the service it was problems. They put in the wrong information so it took months for me to log into my account. Tried to pay my bill before the due date. It went to a wallet that they never found. So twice I had to pay my bill 2 times. I dropped my phone and they wanted to charge me almost 200$ for a 60$ phone. My services ended today I tried all day yesterday to switch my phone services. For today I had to pay another bill for this month to switch my services. They prey on the low income and seniors. This is a scam and I promise there will be a class action lawsuit and I'll be patiently waiting. Please don't go to them. Cricket is a much better choice.

On multiple occasions I have had issues with data and hotspot. Always the same thing. Day 1 of my billing cycle, data doesn't work. I call for technical support. Instantly they say I have used all of my data. I explain that it is day 1 of my bill cycle...and having UNLIMITED data, it is impossible for that to be the issue. They continue to push back and insist I just used all my data. This last time it was also an issue with hotspot. I get 10GB per month. Haven't used it in months. First time I try using it is the first day of my September billing cycle, and it wasn't working. I tell them my account says I haven't used any hotspot. Literally 0 GB used out of 10GB. They try telling me they have a more accurate tool that has the most correct information and says I used all 10GB. I spend 4 hours back and forth with these people. Not one has figured it out. Support is an absolute joke. They do everything they can to avoid actually helping. I paid my phone and my daughters phone a few days apart. When I paid hers, I specifically clicked to pay and activate her line. The payment gets applied to my phone for the next months bill. I went in the store here and he claimed there was no payment showing on my account at all, 2 hours after making the payment. I pull up my transactions and show hime how the website shows it and gives a reference number. Then show where it had already come out of my bank account. He said he couldn't do anything and that I had to call support...again. i called and immediately explain and provide the reference number. He keeps putting me on hold and comin back to claim he is trying to figure out where it was applied. Then says I just have to dispute the payment with my bank. 1 hour later of the same fight with the same rep, and finally he magically found the payment exactly as I told him at the start of the call. He says that I did the payment wrong. He then puts me on hold again. In total it was over 2 hours for him to comprehend the problem and reapply the payment correctly. They lie, they claim user error, they do absolutely no troubleshooting. In other cases it would take 3 days of back and forth with them before they actually fix the issues. This level of incompetence is unacceptable and no one should be having these horrible experiences. Looks poorly on verizon for being associated.

Horrible company to deal with. A bunch of crooked liars. All the way from the top to the bottom, I used to work for them and saw all the back door sleezy actions. Don’t work for them, don’t buy their trash service

What’s below 1 star. I placed an online order. $200. It never arrived. I called, chatted, emailed. Not one person one helped me. I spent hours on the phone!!! I turned them in to better business. I then got a call back. I was at work. I returned the call numerous times. Each time they said let me connect you to… then they hung up! Every time! They literally stole my money!!!! That I needed!
