yesterday August 27 2024 8:29 pm I came into the store on Division Street in peekskill NY and to make a purchase the person there that was working there was a very racist told me that they don't speak English while talking in Englishnot only will I never do business with Verizon anything I would never spend no money in this town Peeksill Or NY State MY experience has been horrible and I down have anything good to say about this company or town

Have excellent speed while browsing non calls ever drop and also give affordable prices. I’ll recommend many ppl to switch to total wireless.. and I would love to give all credit to “Mira” she the one who set up my account thanks to her I’m satisfied with my phone..

This company had potential but they have the worst customer service reps I had ever delt with. All I was needing help was transferring over lines and apply one of their free phones to the line. Their website kept glitching and wont process anything I ask. I tried to get help via chat/phone and almost felt as they were guessing.

Well, for all y’all that have total Verizon. Their customer service is the worst in the world to let everyone know that if you buy a phone and you have the receipt and have everything but your phone was stolen they won’t help you because you need a confirmation number did Phone you don’t have and all they say is sorry they hang up on you, they talk back to you. Customer service since bad words I wouldn’t Recommend y’all going to a total by Verizon and make sure that you know on your phone what do you want on your phone in case of stolen to be sent to because they don’t tell you that you need a confirmation number and if you don’t have it, there’s nothing they can do and they don’t care if your phones stolen long as they know they’re getting paid so the customer service people sorry people the worst in the world So for me telling you, I don’t really care how I feel about them just know that in my eyes are pieces of Mohan and everything about customer service. go to hell.

This company tells you one thing and does anotherThis company tells you one thing and doesn't matter they include a free Disney subscription it was my phone which now after a month Disney is trying to collect money out of my bank account I contact customer service they tell me I have to go in and correct the problem myself I go and try to correct the problem there's no way to correct the problem only they can take it off my account they're a bunch of b******* artists round do not deal with total Verizon

Awful company. I called to add on data. The customer service representative canceled my 90 day service. I called to recover it and 5 representative later the lady told me there is nothing they can do. I lost over $100. Single mom and low income. I've been a carrier for over 5 years.

Since Total has been taken over by Verizon, I have trouble with my phone operation every time my account is refilled. For who knows what reason, my phone gives me an error message that I am not hooked up to a verified provider and cannot make calls. The last time this happened, it took me almost 2 hours to get my service back. I am really frustrated that this keeps happening!
