I transferred my cellphone service to a new provider in April. Since April I have been calling to get my old phone unlocked. Total said the phone would be unlocked within 24 hours, and today Is May 30th, and the phone is still locked Now I’m going to file a complaint with FCC. Beware of this company!!!!

Verizon network is horrible here in Miami, i had Total by Verizon in my android phone, internet speeds most of the time only reach 0.9Mbs download , 1.2Mbs upload (i couldn't decently watch a youtube video) while my roommate with T-mobile gets 350Mbs - 500Mbs, besides poor coverage inside the house, calls sometimes don't ring because there is no signal, i have been around other areas of the city (work, visiting friends... etc) getting the result results, a coworker with Iphone 15 and Verizon premium plan has exactly the same issues and he is frustrated, this is not an isolated problem but a city wide issue, btw after canceling i had 20 days of service remaining but Verizon's policies are "NOT REFUNDS, THAT'S IT , YOU ARE SCREWED !!"

I would give -10 if I could. No response, typoed the email so we could never reset the account, no one understands english or cares. No transfers to managers allowed. Son't bother asking for a password reset they lie to you about that too. They want your money but give NOTHING in return. Watch your Credit Cards they will also overcharge, lie, steal, sell you false information, even Walmart can't stand this company. My Phone My Account and they could not help me. My cc pays this account and the woman would not help. They should be shut down as this was a phone for an elderly person and this company did nothing but create stress.

Pathetic sevice

I tried to use my reward points to redeem a data addon package. Immediately upon redeeming the points, my line/number was disconnected. I bought a new plan because i was worried about losing my number. Customer support said i should have contacted them instead of buying the new plan, they gave me a refund on the plan i bought and the points (though I had to call two times until the refund was actually completed). I still need the extra data, so this time i go to the support chat to have them redeem the points for me. Except the same thing happened again, my line was instantly disconnected. They tell me they cannot do anything for me because my line is disconnected...by them. They would not reactivate my line unless I paid for a new plan (I had 2 months remaining on my plan before it was cancelled). I explained everything that had occurred, but they still would not do anything. I had to purchase a one month plan to get my number back, and then I immediately switched to Visible wireless, which is cheaper and has unlimited data. They scammed me by disconnecting my number when I tried to redeem my points(twice) and then forced me to buy a plan to fix their mistake. They sit on the line between incompetent and malevolent. Go with literally any other provider.

Home internet works very well at very good price, my service on the phone is great, 300GB high speed data. Metro is only 50GB in unlimited plan after that is data optimization 2GB

Wife died Feb 1, 2024. Total wireless notified to disconnect her phone number Feb 8. FEB 19 AND MARCH 23 STILL CHARGE IN ADVANCE FOR HER TELEPHONE NUMBER. Called their customer service 3 time and each time they stopped my Auto Pay and i must re-enroll.....the catch was that I FORFEITED ANY AND ALL MONEY CAUSED BY THEIR ERROR. THAT MY RENEWING MY AUTO PAY..THE NEW SERVICE DATE WOULD BE APRIL 4 AGAIN FORFEITING MY DIFFERENCE IN MY PREPAID PAYMENT WHICH WAS IN OVER CHARGING ME FOR THE PHONE THAT WAS CUT OFF FEB 8! THE LAST TIME THEY CUT OFF MY AUTO PAY WHICH HAD BEEN RE-STARTED 3 TIMES IT WAS 30 MINUTES EARLIER! OH YEAH! THE MANAGER PROMPTLY HUNG UP ON ME ....WHEN ASKED TO EXPLAIN HOW AND HOW THIS COULD HAPPEN!
