Well to begin with, Justin was great with customer service. This hardwired spotlight is perfect and SUPER BRIGHT! I love the different options of auto/on/distance/timer/test modes.up to 60ft range. Gotta get you one, simple to install with all the hardware needed

They quickly assessed my warranty claim and validated it and had a new lamp shipped out within a couple of days. Great customer service in this day and age.

Ruby was very helpful in helping me find the specific parts I needed that my homebuilder had sourced that were almost impossible for me find on my own =]

I worked with Ruby and she was able to replace just one of the lights I had issue with after I installed the entire set of lights and noticed the last one was broken. So glad I reached out versus just returning the item!
