I bought their pathway lighting product over a year ago and then ran into an issue where i needed them replaced. The company was great in standing behind their product, and my customer representative Italia made the process of getting my replacment very easy.

I am updating my earlier review. After the customer service ordered a replacement for me, they messed up the shipping label and it never was received. Now I am waiting for them to receive it back before they can process a replacement. This stuff happens but there has to be a timeline to resolve complaints. Suffice to say, not the best customer service or the product here in the end.

Purchased a set of Leonlite Pathway Lights and was missing one of the ground stakes. Contacted Torchstar customer service and got a response back the next day. Italia was great to work with and once we determined the part that was missing it was shipped and received within a few days. I’ve used these Leonlites at two of my homes and are really satisfied with their quality and now their customer service. Highly recommend using them.

Have installed and used multiple lights from Torchstar. They are great! One was an outdoor motion light that has help up particularly well in harsh weather. Justin was fantastic to work with. Will work with them again in the future!
