Products were delivered to my back patio and left in the elements. I have a covered front porch and deep eves around the house but the driver chose to leave the products in the elements. It rained hard and the products were soaked. Some minor rust as well. But given these are electric led electronic lights, I’m concerned the will kit work/last. Requesting return / refund.

Scammmmm Never got the light after waiting and waiting and waiting for it. I finally got an email stating that my order was cancelled due to not enough stock to fulfill my order. And I only ordered 1 light. Do not recommend this vendor. Really bad experience.

I purchased a 6 pack of 4 foot led shop lights 2 years ago. The lights are advertised with a 5 year warranty. Within the first few months the 3 lights failed. The company replaced the lights and did not require the failed lights to be returned. Now one of the lights has failed completely and 2 others blink intermittently, I contacted the company and was told they would replace the lights but I would need to return the failed lights. The cost to return the lights is more than the cost of purchasing new ones essentially making the warranty useless. Be aware of this company's warranty. These lights have issues look for better quality

In my opinion, this company has a very scammy returns process and extremely poor customer service. We returned an LED light rope purchased on Amazon and they recharged us for it after it arrived, claiming we only returned 1 of 2 of the ropes, providing only pictures of the closed box and our shipping label. We 100% returned both lights and have the weight and pictures to prove it. Already reported to Amazon & Chase fraud teams. Would never order again from this company and highly suggest you avoid doing business with them. Several other reviews on here and amazon about their returns process and taking advantage of customers.

Sent the wrong lightbulbs and stopped responding to the support ticket about it.

Still have not received my purchase. It was ordered on 11/15/25

Item showed in stock. The day it was supposed to arrive it didn't. There us no way to talk to someone at this company without going through messenger or email which is a terrible way to do business. When I finally got a hold of someone the item was backordered and my customer was waiting on the lights. I had to get a refund and order lights elsewhere which delayed finishing the job and making me look like a bad contractor. Will never order here again

I bought 7 and 2 of them are broken.
