We purchased a set of 3 LED lightbulbs with an advertised lifespan of 17 years. Though used very little, 1 failed a bit after the 2 year warranty expired. The company rep apologized but could only offer a big 10% ! off the 1 bulb replacement, no discount on shipping. I hope the other 2 last longer.

She sent me another email-- with the purchase information and responded right away after I placed the order-- she also told me how it was going to be sent.
