Italia was very responsive. The customer service support has been great. UNFORTUNATELY, I cannot recommend this product as we have now had to replace 13 of the 14 low-voltage exterior light!! I believe the problem is that the connectors do not seem to be weather resistant. Our electrician keeps putting some kind of gel in the connectors.

I had one light burn out. I reached out to Torchstar as the light was still under warranty. Italia D was the customer service representative that helped with my request. She was extremely helpful, very responsive and very nice! It only took 8 days for my issue to get resolved. I highly recommend Torchstar based on the great experience I had with Italia D!!

I was pleased with the package arrival in a timely manner. This was a replacement for the second faulty box/light. Though the box was replaced 1 year ago, it exceeded the 5 year warranty by 1 month from the original purchase date. It would seem that replacements should last longer than a year!! I was charged a discounted rate for the replacement but in my opinion, it should have been free.

I purchased a lighting kit for my shed. It came with 6 one foot lights. After I installed them I realized that it would be perfect if I added one more foot long light. I searched the internet but everything seems to come in a kit. So I reached out to the manufacturer and their representative, Italia helped me purchase one more light. The price and shipping were very reasonable. Italia did a great job helping me complete my project!
