We purchased a set of 3 LED lightbulbs with an advertised lifespan of 17 years. Though used very little, 1 failed a bit after the 2 year warranty expired. The company rep apologized but could only offer a big 10% ! off the 1 bulb replacement, no discount on shipping. I hope the other 2 last longer.

They were suppose to help me replace junction boxes from the set i purchased originally. However, the price they charged me just for shipping cost almost as much as the set itself I purchased from Amazon. So technically I could have just purchased a set for the long wait. And they just sent me the same light from Amazon. Not really help at all. I am not purchasing from torchstar again and would not recommend them.

I wanted 4 individual trim kits that would match the trim kits that are included in the 12-pack trim kits sold on Amazon. I made this clear when talking with the sales agent. What I got was not the same and does not work.

I am updating my earlier review. After the customer service ordered a replacement for me, they messed up the shipping label and it never was received. Now I am waiting for them to receive it back before they can process a replacement. This stuff happens but there has to be a timeline to resolve complaints. Suffice to say, not the best customer service or the product here in the end.
