I am very pleased with the support that I have received from Torchstar. Italia was excellent and very concise about what she needed in order to process a warranty claim that my products qualified for. There is no doubt in the future when I have any form of lighting needs, they will definitely be my source due to their quality product and excellent customer service.

I wanted 4 individual trim kits that would match the trim kits that are included in the 12-pack trim kits sold on Amazon. I made this clear when talking with the sales agent. What I got was not the same and does not work.

Ruby was polite and efficient. They processed my warranty complaint without issue and were clear about my warranty status and what documentation I needed to file a claim.
