Tmobile one-plus is the best thing for…
Tmobile one-plus is the best thing for international travel. Also the CEO and magenta colors is huge plus for me. Looks like I’ll be loyal for T-Mobile for a while.

I've used Tmobile for 3 years. I have a few add-ons including Unlimited Data and some overseas rate. It's definitely expensive. Possibly a bit much, but it's generally very reliable. I have an iPhone X and it all works well. Tethering is good too.

My family has been using T-Mobile for more than 10 years. Last year we suffered from poor coverage. We were unable to make phone calls and send texts for 3 weeks. We contacted T-Mobile, yet they failed to solve our problem. They sent us department after department. They claimed our phones were old and that was the reason for the problem. T-Mobile told us to purchase new phones instead. Honestly, their solution is a bit unreasonable. Not everyone can afford to buy the latest phones. My phone was definitely not old. T-Mobile should have sent people over to check the surroundings and the connection.

I've been going through a Living Nightmare with TMobile for three months and it continues ... I've been a TMobile customer for probably 15 years and on 01-04-2018 I went into a local TMobile Store and changed plans. The first sign that I was about to enter the Twilight Zone happened when Destiny (name of Rep) pulled up my account using my phone number and it showed a female name with a Florida address. After I told her that name and address have nothing to do with me, she said her computer is sometimes glitchy and she did something to it, not sure what, but a minute later my correct info showed up on her screen. Fine. She switched plans for me. She was very nice and helpful. A couple of minor TMobile mistakes popped up later, 1st TMobile added a $10/Mo service that was never mentioned to me & 2nd they didn't turn on Internet Services on one of my lines, but after calling twice I got those issues straightened out. But those issues weren't the nightmare... On 02-05-2018 TMobile AutoPay withdrew $162.21 from my Bank account via my DEBIT Mastercard. The problem is this payment had nothing to do with my account. I called TMobile on 02-08-2018 and spoke to Danielle. She couldn’t find any reference of this $162.21 payment and suggested that perhaps my bank made the mistake and I should dispute it with them. I disputed it with my bank which entailed: I had to hand deliver a letter of dispute to my bank. I had to cancel my DEBIT Mastercard. I had to remove this Card from all of my Utility Auto-Payments, DWP, GAS, Spectrum etc I had to remove this card from all of my accounts - Amazon, PayPal, Target and on and on. My daughter (who doesn’t live with me) couldn’t order food because my UberEats used this card. I realized I couldn’t use Uber after needing a ride. I waited about 10 days to receive my new DEBIT Mastercard. By the time the new DEBIT Mastercard arrived my actual TMobile Bill was due so I added my new DEBIT Mastercard to my TMobile Account. A key point is that this was a brand new DEBIT Mastercard which I hadn’t used for anything yet except for TMobile. My TMobile Bill of $60/Mo was paid without issue. On 03-10-2018 TMobile AutoPay withdrew $133.93 from my Bank Account via my NEW DEBIT Mastercard. Once again, this charge had nothing to do with my account. I called TMobile on 03-12-2018 and spoke to a Supervisor Jen. She did something (that Danielle should have done) which is put in a “Missing Payment Request”. Simple - Amount of Transaction, Date, Last 4 Digits of Card used. I realize many companies outsource their callback centers overseas, but there’s no excuse for these employees not to be trained in awareness of USA Time Zones. I mention this because Jen called me back on 03-20-2018 at 5:23 AM! SERIOUSLY? 5:23am - Ruined my day from lack of sleep because at my age it is very difficult to fall back asleep. “GOOD NEW” Jen found the payment and it was applied to my account. Hold on a second though, I’m glad the payment was “found”, but I had to remind Jen that this wasn’t a payment that was due or related to my account. Back to the drawing board. Jen called me back on 03-27-2018 and told me that there was fraud involved and that I should cancel my DEBIT Mastercard! Her words “I can guarantee it won’t happen again”. Now I’m faced with the daunting task of canceling this new card, removing it from all of my accounts, utilities blah blah blah ... but the problem is, it probably will happen again - it’s probably not over and here’s why ... What I think is happening is that my TMobile Account is somehow linked to someone else’s TMobile Account through a computer glitch. When I add a new Payment Method to my account it gets added to this phantom account also. I presented this theory to Jen and she didn’t disagree, but basically she doesn’t have the clearance to figure it out and no one else at her call center has the clearance to figure it out and she couldn’t put me in touch with anyone at TMobile who has the authority/clearance to figure it out. Too little, too late. Jen is going to go back and research the first unknown payment of $162.21 and see where that went. If it’s determined that both payments went to the same unknown account Jen said she will “escalate the issue to higher support”. The problem for me is I shouldn’t have to wait so long, suffer so much, in order for this to be “escalated to higher support” I dread cancelling my DEBIT Mastercard again and again with no resolution and because TMobile couldn’t get to the bottom of what is happening in a timely fashion. This is my continuing nightmare. Update 03-30-2018 4:28pm I just received a text message saying TMobile found the other phantom payment of $162.21. But now they need to figure out why (2) phantom payments have been made on my account and where did they both originally go and what will it take to get this to stop. Update 04-13-2018 Incredibly on 04-04-2018 TMobile withdrew another $276.17 from my bank account via AutoPay (a payment unrelated to my TMobile Account and not credited to my TMobile Account), but after various phone calls once again they tracked it down and applied it to my account. As I mentioned my TMobile bill is just $60/month yet I now have a credit balance with TMobile of over $500 from all of the bogus AutoPay deductions from my bank account. I've now removed all credit card info from my TMobile Account, turned off TMobile AutoPay and cancelled my bank debit card once again,. It's disheartening that as of 04-13-2018 TMobile's Fraud team still can't figure out what's happening or give me any explanation.
