While attempting to switch to T-Mobile internet, I was troubled with what appears to be ( high pressure sales pitch) via texting that I needed to sign-up within the next ten minutes or else. Twice by Jamie and once by Logan. After asking friends if they were satisfied with there T-Mobile installation,I then tried again to sign-up but was blocked from there site after entering my address.

Horrible, Liars thiefs.. I am being charged for 11 months for a line & phone never used or activated lol they offered me 200.. the worst cellular provider ever.. They love to steal from seniors!!

Horrible experience with T-Mobile. Do not get service with them. I signed up and had service for literally one day. Received sim cards, called to have numbers ported and activated and this took half a day to complete. Spoke to several T-Mobile employees who seem not know how to assist yet this is their job. No one could find my acct that I signed up with online with a representative through their chat. Waited on hold for 1 hr then another 3 hrs to try and get number ported and sim cards activated. After the horrible experience decided to cancel service. Tried to go back to previous carrier and they said that my number was not active. T-Mobile canceled my number out so spent the same day communicating with someone via chat. They could not help as they said my phone number was ineligible to receive a passcode. So I had to call back the next day since their customer line was closed at this point. Called back next day and waited on hold yet again, spoke to 4 different representatives and finally they were able to cancel my acct. Tried going back previous carrier and they said my number was still inactive. At this point I was so frustrated I had my husband deal with T-Mobile. My husband was on the phone for over 2 hrs trying to figure out why my number was canceled, etc just to be able to have same number ported to our previous carrier. 2-3 hrs later, the issue was finally resolved after he was transferred about 4 times. Thank God we canceled T-Mobile and went back to our old carrier. Our old carrier has way better customer service and super quick to respond. No long hold times like T-Mobile. If this was the last carrier on earth, I'd go without a phone forever.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 25 years, and the last 4 days have been the WORST customer service ever. They use people offshore (don't get it wrong), but no one could help me or understand what I was asking. I just want to get a lower bill. I was offered the same svc with all my lines(6 phones, 2 tablets, and a watch) for $100 less per month to move my service. I would love to stay with T-Mobile, but they only offered me a $ 10-a-month loyalty credit (WFT). I just want to speak to someone in the USA to talk about this issue. I don't understand why I can't get a US representative.

Horrible experience. We came from two different carriers. They told us we could do a keep and switch. Which means they'll pay off our old phones. At the same time , the nappy haired kid that looks scared of everything said we can also get free phones. They give you credits every month towards the phones. What he didn't tell us was we would have to pay for our phones if we did that plan. He made it seem that we could just get two new phones. We both had s25 and did not need the s26. We only took the deal because he said we'll pay off your old phones and you can get new phones for free. They jerked us around for 2 months. We had been in the store over ten times. And they kept telling us they're working on it , they'll get it taken care of. I just come to find out that there's nothing they can do. So I had to pay off my phone, over a grand. If they had fixed it in the first thirty days , we could have returned the phones and just kept our phones. But they made sure to prolong it as much as possible. So that we would be outside those thirty days by lying to us , a saying that the district manager is on it and going to get taken care of. The same district manager that used to be the general manager of that location. I am beyond displeased and don't leave reviews. But now I am out 1300$. This is extremely dishonest. And the fact that nobody wants to make it right is sickening.

t-Mobile is having a problem with the stability of their network. Periodically we require reconnection and periodically there are outages. My understanding that a new 5G wireless wireless device from Inseego Mobile the 4100 allows you to periodically reboot the inseego 3100 does not. so in order to solve t-mobile’s problem we would have to create a new install.

Have tried for a month and a half to take my phone and tablet from my son in laws acct to my own account. Have spent close to 6 hrs trying to get this done. Last night 09/10/26 made headway transferred to new access, on line for 1 1/2 hours got to new account and they dropped the connection and never called back. 40 min today 09 11 finally got it done with much yelling. Now keep it for a few months, then probably go to cox as they offered a better price point and new phone.

Buyer beware!!! Tulsa go somewhere else!’ I would leave a negative review but they don’t allow that! Do not get T-Mobile. They lie to you and when you try to reach out for help they wont help you! Going in person was a waste of time! We switched and never received our last bill, drive 30 minutes because the closer store closed down just to be told I could not get my bill printed because my husband is the only one on file. He was stuck on hold for over an hr and then it disconnected & he never got anyone to answer. They had no problem back in may when my son and I went for upgrades and both got new phones!! But when I want my bill printed, they can’t help me! Our survive was spotty and the bill was high! I’m so happy we switched from T-Mobile.
