TMoible....One of the world most noticeable telecommunications..Its been a long haul with this company considering they have changed over the years. I have been a value customer (at least that's what they say) for over 22 years. They offer. Me unlimited talk and text for my orginal plan for a set price but it seem to all ways be double, when asked about it , they would say you went over your data but if it unlimited, how do you go over?? Now that I cant afford to pay (NO JOB)....We really getting a set bill each month. They offer a nice special for three months because the covid19 which really helped. It's been about 3 years ( maybe a little more or less) that we been seeing a flat rate each month

A whole migraine headache of trouble..…
Awhile back, I stopped in to TMobile to ask about their Plans and Phone Deals. I was helped by a truly kind and very engaging customer service rep-Robert-who literally could sell sand in the desert :) seriously. I felt like saying to Robert, "do you know how great of a Salesman you are?" I felt like Robert needed to be TMobile Flagship Store Manager and going places. He is that good. Anyway, he wasn't trying to get me into a contract, but I ended up getting into a plan that was nearly $30+ per month over my old regular bill. Next, the phone they gave me-and I requested it after doing a lot of research-OnePlus Nord-turned out to be a giant phone that I couldn't really hold in one hand-it had a ton of glitches-things like not being able to make a phone call!-multiple errors-MAJOR STRESS!-and a weekend from hell where all that phone did was cause me near constant trouble. TMobile Tech Support is Not a good phone call. For some strange reason TMobile Customer Service kept turning into TMobile Welcomes you to Brittain. Nearly every person I talked to had a British accent.
I talked to some mean woman who speed talked me thru tons of tech speak and I asked her to slow down-like seriously- and she got mad at me :( 5G coverage was a no-go. So was 4g & 3g to no coverage in a lot of places where the TMobile Map says 100% 5G. Also, I was sold on "Free Netflix!"-only to find out No-that didn't include my expensive plan. Tech support told me, "the device is broken take it back FOR A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY"--I did exactly that. If Robert had not been working when I took it back I know the manager wouldn't have even returned it. She was NOT NICE AT ALL. I had that Nonworking phone less than 8 days. They finally refunded me, (that store manager does not know how to use a simple computer and is not knowledgeable about TMobile at all. Why is she store manager?), but as I was physically walking out the door-that mean lady sent Robert to chase after me and I had to pay them $42!--that is not right!
Plus they locked me out of ALL MY GMAIL ACCOUNTS!-- when the new cell phone store called to get them to unlock my emails from the NORD phone-only 1 hour later they told her NO. And sarcastically-"have a nice day."-that was cruel!
Someone at TMobile began trying to print off my private emails and Thank Goodness to Google (Thank You Google for helping me), who notified me so I could DENY Permission to some unknown TMobile person invading my Privacy in a very big way. And if that's not all...after TMobile promised me, I dont owe them another dime--they have the nerve to send me yet another bill for $25. I ain't payin it.
I had to call TMobile to ask about a credit for the $42-Robert told me, "Call Customer Support and they will send you a Check", that did not happen. TMobile had also planned on billing me a whopping $70 for a plan I didn't use and had to return. If I had kept that NORD 1Plus I would be in trouble because there is no insurance on that expensive phone at all.
I should have had an inkling this TMobile wasn't going to work for me due to unhappy minorities who came in to get help with their phones and were not treated kindly-as I was buying the NORD. It bothered me, and to me that was a sign I should have paid attention to. The very last TMobile CSR man (he also told me "TMobile Stores and TMobile Corporate are totally different." He said I should have recorded the whole thing bc that's what he does. How should I record that?-with the Nord phone I am returning? He was pretty nice and adjusted my account which I was grateful for and told me-"you won't owe TMobile a dime"-also said-"I don't want to leave a bad taste in your mouth", about TMobile -- aren't those U2 song lyrics? They constantly loop tons of pop songs throughout all their stores and call hold times and I just wonder-are those songs all licensed to TMobile? Just curious.

Unreliable Tech Support!
I have been with TMobile for 15 years or so. For the most part I am happy with their service. Yesterday every individual I called with my cell had an echo of my voice. I called 611 and once I got through about 15 minutes the individual was not able to help and transferred me to tech support. I was on hold for 45 minute once I got through and I happened to be on the road the individual promised to call me back the next day at 1130am to troubleshoot my phone. I cleared my schedule so I could be available but I never received a call back and my phone still has the same issue.

Absolutely Tragic. Save your Time!
I’ve been with them since 8/01/20, I had been with at&t for over 4 years. From the moment I received my IPhone 1, I’ve been having nothing but connect issues which is crazy because I pay for unlimited data. I used to never need to connect to WiFi when I visited people or went to Detroit but now I’m constantly asking “what’s your WiFi password” or trying to turn off my WiFi and turn it back on. My sister and I have contacted at least 5 times in the first 4 months between us regarding the service. I go out of town many times a year and never had issues with my service yet I was the only one in Tennessee for my 2nd time and with no service when I went in September. Around early November I noticed my contacts missing when I tried to go call someone so I had to go to my texts and put in they’re name to go to the contact, then I realized more that every person I was texting on a daily basis said “report to junk” as if they were not saved, which they weren’t. I remember calling in November telling them about this and how my internet cuts out damn near everywhere & because I was in Detroit at the time, the lady kept telling me that the connection at my house was fine and that the problem is because I’m in the Metrodetroit area and they already have a ticket for the issue in that area and she’ll credit my account a one time $40 for the inconvenience but here I am in February and still no one can resolve my Internet and contacts. Ready to go back to AT&T at this point. Total trash
