I have tried and tried to give this company the opportunity to prove it's self. The service is super HORRIBLE. If I call I wait for more than 2 hrs and walk in is as bad. It's like they want you to join and once your there, no one cares to provide customer service. In general this is awful I Dont know what happened to the old Mobile. No one cares to care or provide good service anymore. I had been after a manager at a physical location for more than 2 weeks about an issue TMOBILE caused. He kept telling ng he would call me in 5 min. I have to be pulling teeth to get what one pays for here. I give it a negative star SMH

I was very pleased with the service I received at TMobile....Manny and Kierston were very helpful...the store was very busy but both employees did a fabulous job of helping us. I hightly recommend this TMobile location. I had a great experience and highly recommend your company....Linda Fanelli

just cancelled there service. Just was not what they advertised. Switched to a company called Twigby where it seems honestly matters.

Saved me $38 compared to Verizon

I was a t-mobile customer for years and years until I moved out of the US. But I wanted to tell you about an interesting experience. I had to unlock my old t-mobile locked phone recently. After 3 calls to support it didn't work. They kept saying ok we put in the request and it'll work in 24 hours. (never mind need to wait 40m+ each call). My last last attempt was to message their facebook account. The agent I got spent 2 days on chat with me until he/she finally figured out some problem internally and the phone was truly unlocked. Incredible! Never had such dedication from any large company in the US.

$30+ less expensive than ATT and Verizon in my area. Service coverage has been outstanding.

I cannot recommend tmobile. Customer service is lacking. What you are told in their stores vs what online customer service tells you never match and you are left with no help. One example is that I needed my screen protector replaced (under warranty). Store did not have it in stock (waited 30 minutes to be told that). They recommended I contact customer service which I did via messaging. After another 35 minutes wait time I was told that only store has procedures in place to order replacement screen protectors. Great...no help whatsoever. This is one issue among 2 others I have had with tmobile in the course of 10 months.

You're the best Telco ever ! Never had any problem with my service or any issues with the bill or anything . Magenta the best !
