T-Mobile AND Sprint - STAY AWAY!!! Sprint was bad enough, but when T-Mobile bought them out, it only got inconceivably worse! I LITERALLY CANNOT WAIT for my contract to be up so I can switch to ANYONE besides the T-Mobile/Sprint conglomeration! I haven't been able to log into my account to view details for MONTHS! I was so dissatisfied with their UTTERLY INEPT customer "service" reps, that I switched my phone to another carrier (Spectrum). I still have three other phones for my family on this account and I CAN'T LOG IN too see details including payment and contract info because they INSIST on sending me a text message to THEIR phones just to log in. I've contacted their corporate office and they have tried UNSUCCESSFULLY to navigate their OWN system! They keep telling me to just contact them if I can't log in but it's 6:30am PST and nobody is around! I need to check acct details before work and how am I to contact them and WHY can't they fix this? They keep saying they fixed it and I can verify using email, but there is NEVER a prompt to verify via email, only my two son's accounts (one is in the Marines and the other lives 200 miles away) or my 83-year old uncle who doesn't text. HOW am I supposed to verify my account????????????? YOU GUYS SUCK!

I was forced to go to T-Mobile because of the Sprint merger. There's a Sim card that is now required for my phone. I went 10 minutes before the store was supposed to open this morning, and 10 minutes after it was supposed to open an employee said that last night his manager called him and said they wouldn't open until 11:00 this morning, a Saturday after a new iPhone is being sold. No note on the door. Don't go to the T-Mobile store at 7481 W Lake Mead Blvd, Ste 110, Las Vegas, NV 89128

HORRIBLE!! went to my local store to change phones because of merger...they had ZERO so they said they would have the next day the line in the store was out the door and no a/c in 108 degree weather at the time...went next day only to be told the, promotion on the phones was over...2 more phones on hold to return again only to stand in line as the girl gave them away to someone else again long line wait and only one service agent in the store, the girl was rude to us ever time we went to the store,we had made appointments that were useless as they do not honor them, went home called to get phones sent to my home and serviced that way 4 hours with non english speaking service reps was HORRIBLE experience...then to see that all that 4 hours failed because they had computer glitches...they never contacted me about the issues i called days later asking where the phones were they said there was nothing ordered *^#*^^**#&@*(*&@)* at this point im just so done with tmobile/sprint....finally go to another store in neighbor town with someone who knew what they were doing but only to be told phones were over a month backordered....never AGAIN!

This company (T Mobile) does not care about the customer, they are too quick to criticize Sprint. Yet they failed to provide the quality of customer service Sprint provided. A 2 hour wait to reach anyone on the phone while providing terrible information. They claim they do not have contracts but their financial stipulation are CONTRACTS (Deceptive Sales Practices) Free phone is 100s of dollars

They denided my application to use the Emergency Broadband Benefit program that the Federal government is currently offering to almost every low income citizen in the US. I'm on a discounted account because I am a first responder and they offered it to me. I'm still trying to understand how... The Federal government approved my application for the EBB Benefit...but T-Mobile says my service plan doesn't qualify. First off they shouldn't be able to control the approval process...second.....if anyone should qualify..it should be first responders. If sure America just loves hearing that T-Mobile is denying first responders. We put our lives on the line everyday...and many of us got payed off or had our income cut..this making use low income individuals. T-Mobile should show some respect for their customers and maybe think a little about how their action might effect the public opinion. Of course my many calls and emails to their customer service dept. has gone nowhere. Mostly because the rep. doesn't have the authority to do anything about it. This issue should go straight to the CEO...maybe then someone with the proper authority can fix this issue.

So far so good. Combined home internet, cell phone and neflix into one bill. Time will tell if this stays 5 stars

You will be scammed by T-Mobile it's just a matter of when and how. I have a business account through T-Mobile and I was told if I suspended my account I would not be charged. That was a lie. Now I'm being charged $200 and there's nothing I can do about it. The reviews all speak for themselves. It's not a matter if if you will be scammed, it's a matter of when you will be scammed by T-Mobile
