The T-Mobile service itself is great. The customer service team is largely based in the Philippines or somewhere in Asia and is the worst garbage. No one speaks English. I sat here talking for 2 hours wasting time I could've spent doing anything else because these stupid people who have awful training, can't understand American native speakers and flat out don't know how to resolve a problem with the T-Mobile Digits app call me back nonstop whenever I hang up keeping me on hold asking someone else and not fix the problem. I told them DO NOT call me back to keep me on the phone for 2+ more hours. Maybe T-Mobile it's time for you to either get better training for your cheap labor you're taking advantage of in tech AND English skills or hire Americans. I only stick with your company because the others are worse!

ACHTUNG ABZOCKE
Vorsicht!

An Easy 5/5 Stars if they Fix their Voicemail
Good cellular service in most places. Good customer service every time.
My phone from TMobile comes with this truly awful voicemail software that spams my notifications bar. These notifications are are irremovable (can't be swiped/dismissed) unless you call their stupid voicemail line. Why is this archaic method mandatory in 2023?
It is such an awkward and annoying UX for myself every time I get a voicemail, which is quite frequently. I want control over my own phone, to be allowed to delete my own notifications, and to use my visual voicemail app for the purpose it was designed to do.
ie. provide a convenient one stop shop for my voicemail management.

READ OUR REVIEWS BEFORE SWITCHING!!!
I switched to t-mobile because I was promised the best connection, service, etc. LOL! Another classic case of "overpromise, underdeliver." I'm one month in, and I thought I should stick it out for a year and see if it would improve in time. NOPE! I probably should have read the reviews before I switched. I never thought I would create an account just to warn others, but here you go. If you're reading this, read the other reviews as well! You've been warned!!!

T-mobile stored my data after I was a…
T-mobile stored my data after I was a customer and during a breach they lost my name, license number, ssn, date of birt address and phone number. Anyone can now open an account or loan in my name any time they want.
They never notified me of this breach as is required by law. When I contacted them about getting the free ID protection they said I had to buy their service to get it. T-mobiles data policies are irresponsible, negligent and illegal.

I NEED NEGATIVE STARS HERE!!
I NEED NEGATIVE STARS HERE!!! We just switched our TMobile business account to MINT Mobile after 20+ years. Here's why: About a year ago I needed to close my personal account and be put into our business account. Without going into detail, it was screwed up 2 times on their end and I'm pretty sure I was charged double. Then they reopened my old account when I got a new phone and messed it all up again. It cost me hundreds of dollars to get it fixed and I didn't understand all the fees.
In Jan 2023 I called TMobile CS and asked to close my account and pay off all outstanding equipment. I was on hold for about an hour. The person assured me all was paid and I would not be getting another bill. It was over $700 to get that done. In Feb 2023 I received another bill for over $400. When I called I was told that I paid off the equipment plan but not the last billing cycle. I had no recourse since I wasn't the one who typed the note into the T-Mobile database. I couldn't argue it. I'm pretty sure this makes 3 times I've overpaid T-Mobile because they've said I owed them money.
UPDATE: Today I found out in the news that Mint Mobile has merged with T-Mobile...I'm beyond disgusted!! I will be doing a separate review of Mint. Short answer...I'll be looking for a new provider for our business and personal use. AFTER my 6 months of pre-paid service with Mint is over I think, but leaving nonetheless.

Oh boy
Oh boy ! I am not the only on here with issues.
For one my data was breached 2 times .Also your wait time with customer (dis) service ,can run you anywhere from 20 minutes to and 1 1/2 and when you finally do get someone you cant understand their english .You than ask to speak with an supervisor and the game they play is phone tag . God for bid you ask to speak to some one in the US. Guess what more time on the phone . So much for asking a simple question.
Also I purchased a new phone and was told your bill will be this and insurance will be that .You get your first bill and it is 50 bucks more than what they tell you. Yes I am aware first bill is more.
Contacted the BBB and now the CEO office Annalisa Avlios also plays phone tag. Three weeks with an unresolved issue.. Yet they give me no explanation on to where and who has my data
Also at times their responses can appear scripted

I Hate T-Mobile
I have been doing business with T-Mobile for about 12 years and regret it immensely. Besides letting my confidential information get hacked 6 times, they have made numerous errors on billing. The last is when I canceled a second line on a back ordered phone because they wouldn't give me a copy of the agreement I signed so I wouldn't have any proof of the total price they would be billing me. I canceled the order a week before the phone was scheduled to be shipped. I called back no less than 3 times to make SURE it wouldn't ship. ... you know where this is going... Sure enough, today I found a charge on my credit card for the first installment on the phone. Travis, the rep was nice enough when I called in. He was honest that he clearly saw the order was canceled more than a week earlier, but the phone was still being shipped. He was clever enough to get the shipping canceled before it left the warehouse, but I still will have the charge on my account for at least a week due to their negligence. I have at least a dozen similar issues where T-Mobile has billed me for items and services that were canceled or returned.
And then, their is their intenet service. It has gone down 5 to 6 time a week, sometimes for hours. I ALWAYS get told that the tower is being worked on, which is the same thing they told me about the phone line I canceled because I never got acceptable data rates. That's 12 years straight of lies. To be clear, I have a secondary T-mobile based MVNO line that has no data issues at all at the same address. I really wish I was able to switch to almost any other internet provider!!
