I am so sick and tired of paying for service that i do not receive. We pay for certain speeds that you never get with internet. We pay for service with cell phone that is 50% reliable. Websites don't load on my phone... no matter where I am at. Videos take forever to play/ buffer forever. Sprint was always the worst service out there and I should know because I put up with them for years. Unfortunately, now that these two companies merged, it is obvious that T-Mobile is now as worthless as Sprint. I know they don't care about us customers, but I write this review to warn anyone that reads it away from T-Mobile. Oh, and if there is ever a civil suit against them, I want in.

Didn't stand behind their word
We were told 5G was available at our home address based on a coverage map an associate at our local T-Mobile store showed us. We mentioned we didn't want to buy a new 5G Iphone unless they were sure it would work, multiple folks at the store assured us it would work. We bought a new Iphone, which took 4 days for cell service to work, and our cell coverage did not improve. We took the Iphone back and they charged us a $70 restocking charge for the Iphone, and then charged us a $40 restocking charge or the free promotional Apple watch we didn't want. They were going to have their regional manager call us, but after 3 days its been crickets. In the future, I suggest the folks at T-Mobile stand by their word, and Tmobile managers need to call customers back. We left the T-Mobile store and went directly to Xfinity mobile and switched our cell service. Xfinity treated us like valuable customers, provided new Iphones, ported our phones and tested our new phones. Moving away from T-Mobile was one of the best things we've done in a long time. In addition, we're saving huge amounts of money with the switch. Never going back to T-Mobile

I had t-mobile for almost 17 years and…
I had t-mobile for almost 17 years and for a long time they were certainly the best U.S. cellphone carrier. However in the past few years their customer service has completely disappeared. You can get an agent on the phone eventually, but the agents don't know how to do anything except read from your online account. A typical problem used to get resolved in a 5 minute call. Now expect talking for 25 minutes to someone with no information and no ability to fix anything. They also recently tried to charge me 54 dollars for a 10 minute international call when I have an international calling plan. It's almost shocking how fast this company went from great to horrible. I switch to Mint mobile which has equally bad customer service, but it's about 70%
cheaper. Went from paying $140 a month for 2 lines to paying about $45 a month for 2 lines. At least I'm no longer paying a fortune for terrible service.

I would not recommend TMobile
I would not recommend TMobile, NO No No. Unfortunately, the customer service is in the Philippines. They transfer the line over and over, and I have been on the line waiting for 45 minutes. The representative finally picked up the line and still could not resolve the issue with the phone line. I have been trying to get customer support to resolve the technical issues and the billing, They overcharge the account almost every 3months. Anyway, it is a long story, just would not recommend T Mobile. No No No. They should hire knowledgeable people from the United States. I am going to look for another provider.

Terrible Support, Decent Otherwise
This review is strictly related to TMobile Online and Phone Support. After a few weeks with TMobile, I have no concerns about coverage, costs, and store-based support.
I recently switched to TMobile from Verizon. Partly because of a friend’s recommendation, partly because I could upgrade to 5G for far less money.
After using their app to check my first bill, I contacted TMobile Support through an online chat. I spent nearly two hours overall to get an answer that should have taken a few minutes.
The online chat function was terrible. I would send a response and the screen would indicate “Delivered”. At times, it could take 4-5 minutes before my response was “Read”. Why? Is the support representative sleeping? Why are they not responding sooner?
Also, I do not believe the online representative knew what to do. At one point, I was asked (via chat) if I had an Apple phone. I replied “No”, he replied “So Android?” (as if it could be anything else). Also, he wanted me to take a screenshot with the camera but could not tell me how to do this.
After about 90 minutes of this craziness, I was about to simply end the online chat and my phone rings with the online representative on the phone. He had such a heavy accent that I could barely understand a word that he said. I had to ask him to repeat several times so I could follow along. I was so frustrated by this time, that I simply told him to take my issue through his chain of command and ended the phone call.
About 30 minutes later, my phone rang and it was the online representative’s supervisor. Again, there was such a heavy accent that it was difficult. This time I was told (if I understood correctly) that a fix could be completed in a few hours. I told him that I was going to be unavailable and that I would check to see if my issue was resolved in a few days and ended the call. (As of writing this note about a week after the calls, my issue was not resolved. So, what is this “few hours” nonsense?)
This was my first contact with TMobile support and it will be my last. I am a new TMobile customer and I am not sure if I will continue with TMobile or not if support is this terrible.

If it were possible to give less than 1…
If it were possible to give less than 1 star I would. T-Mobile is the worst. They promise one thing and then do not stand behind what they say. As of today we will be shopping for a new carrier and will not look back. Spent nearly five hours on the phone trying to get them to stand behind something they promised, even called corporate to escalate it and the chick there Jennifer was rude and obviously did not care on bit about even trying to make things right for the customer. Tmobile sucks.

They charge more than what they tell you at the beginning
T Mobil company told me my bill will be around $171 .now they are billing me for $191 . I don’t have connection in many places. I don’t know in case of any emergency what I will do . They should be responsible.
I don’t have internet connection all the time . At least four to five times there in no internet connection. I am so angry why I change to T Mobil . I am ready to call channel 7 on your side . This is scam

DO NOT sign up with T-Mobile
DO NOT sign up with T-Mobile! We used T-Mobile for our small business and then switched to AT&T once our contract was up. We had a credit balance and should have been issued a refund right away, but they kept sending us statements showing a credit balance while still charging us for some service we weren't using so the credit balance kept getting lowered. I had to call customer service two different times b/c they never corrected the problem after the first time. When I called the 1(800) number shown on the statement I was told to hold for a couple minutes (5 min) to get me to their business department which is overseas. Both phone calls to customer svc lasted over 25 minutes. What a waste of time. They could only issue a refund via T-Mobile gift card (WTH would we do with that) or EFT, not a paper check. I had to give them my bank's routing and account numbers even though they should've already had that info. I could hardly understand what the reps were saying b/c of the thick accents. Nice to know that T-Mobile doesn't care about providing jobs to people in the U.S. since it wouldn't be cost effective for them. Pure Greed.
