Thank you so much for the great review! We’re thrilled to hear the rolltop is a perfect fit for your new MacBook Air and that you enjoyed designing your own color combination. It’s awesome to know the laptop sleeve and pocket layout are working well for you—that thoughtful organization is exactly what we aim for. We appreciate you sharing your experience!

We’re so sorry to hear this — especially after you were excited about your custom design. That’s incredibly frustrating, and we completely understand how disappointing it must feel to be without the bag you were looking forward to. This is not the experience we want for any of our customers. We’re currently investigating the delivery issue, and a member of our team will reach out to you directly to make this right as quickly as possible. Please keep an eye on your inbox for our message. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to fix it.

Thank you so much for the incredible loyalty and for taking the leap on a new model! We know how hard it can be to retire a long-time favorite, so it means a lot to hear that your new bag exceeded expectations. Eight years of adventure is exactly what we design for, and we’re thrilled the custom colors and durability keep delivering. Here’s to many more years on the road together!

Thank you so much for your honest feedback—we’re really sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with a stitching issue, especially when this was your only bag. The reason we ask customers to send items back in situations like this is so our team can fully inspect the product and ensure we provide the most accurate and appropriate solution under our warranty process. That said, we recognize how inconvenient that can be, particularly when you rely on the bag every day. Our team will be following up with you directly right away to discuss alternative options and make this right. We truly appreciate your support and the fact that you love your backpack, and we’re committed to finding a solution that restores your confidence in us.
