This bag is nice but the handle is TERRIBLE! I’ve had to replace twice.

The roller board quality is solid. However, when the handle broke, customer service sent me a new handle part to install myself. This required removing and then installing over 30 screws which in my option were not meant to be replaced as several of the receiving threads stripped during the process. Wished customer service would have just sent a new bag.

They’re honest, they said on their website it could take 5 days to make a shipping label, and it did in fact take 5 days to make a shipping label. For FedEx. Whose job it is to make shipping labels. Still haven’t dropped my package off at a pickup location though.

Love the look of their messenger bags. Love the fabric choices and colors for the custom option. I have bought 2 custom ones... But the grab handle sits so low on the back of the bag that if you have a laptop in it, it carries by the handle like a cake carrier (Flat instead of vertical). They are sooo close to amazing. Please test and consider lifting the grab handle up a bit. Thank you

The website said the bag would arrive in 4 to 5 days. 7 days later I was notified it had shipped. Unacceptable.

After I made my purchase, I began receiving emails from the company's customer service team. These emails were not related to any interactions I had with them. During these email exchanges, I received information on other customers' orders as screenshots or other information embedded in the emails. I thought this was odd and confusing, and something I have never experienced with an online merchant.
